Honeoye Lake Waterfront Cottage

Peut accueillir 4 personnes confortablement, 6 personnes un peu serrées.
Le chalet est soigné et propre et entiÚrement meublé.
Cottage comprend 2 chambres avec lits queen et un canapé-lit garçon paresseux.
A une cuisine plus récente, des planchers et une salle de bain pleine grandeur avec douche et beaucoup de rangement.
AccĂšs WiFi, chauffage au propane, A / C, cĂąble, TV, tous les appareils et ustensiles.
** À l'avant, nous avons un quai en aluminium de 32 pieds de long par 4 pieds de large avec Ă©chelle de natation.
** Également un barbecue au propane, une table de pique-nique, un foyer, des chaises, un pĂ©dalo, une chaloupe et 2 nouveaux kayaks.
Beaucoup d'espace pour le stationnement (4-5 véhicules) (1-2 attelage de remorque)

Parc Grimes Glen - Naples; sentiers de randonnée, 2 cascades, une deuxiÚme agréable pour la baignade.
Harriet Hollister Spencer State Recreation Area: ouvert toute l'année, vue panoramique sur le lac Honeoye et la campagne; aires de pique-nique, sentiers de randonnée.

Honeoye State Boat Launch situé au large de East Lake Rd. à l'extrémité sud du lac.

Le lac Honeoye est l'un des "petits lacs des lacs de doigt", offrant des activitĂ©s nautiques, pĂȘche, tubing, sports nautiques, kayak, pĂ©dalo, chaloupe. DĂ©tente, la bombe tire de belles vues, des couchers de soleil et bien plus encore.

Relaxing Get Away

Bob's cottage was the perfect place to escape our much to busy lives. Great location and views of Lake Honeoye. Access to kayaks, paddle boat and row boat a huge plus and spent plenty of time on water during our stay besides seeing the sites of the Finger Lakes.

Annual Family cottage rental

great, quaint house right on the lake

Enjoyed a quiet bachelorette weekend here and had an amazing time! The property was very clean and the proximity to the lake was absolutely beautiful. Property is also very close to grocery shopping and many local wineries. The owner, Bob, was a delight to work with, he was very helpful and responded quickly.

Relaxing Week

The property was small but efficient. As our 8 year old granddaughter said, "They know how to make it cozy!" The owner was very accommodating and helpful, ready to solve a small issue we had. We had a relaxing, comfortable week!

Had a wonderful stay, Bob and Avis were very much accommodating. The cabin has everything you need. The view of the lake was beautiful. Beautiful lake and lovely stay

This property is so wonderful! It is in an excellent location. The cabin is stocked with everything you could need. Bob is so responsive and helpful. The cabin is clean and well kept. There were plenty of things to do for the entire family - paddle boat, raw boat, canoe, and a pontoon boat for us to cruise the lake. We caught plenty of fish which we had cooked some and it was delicious! We also made a trip to Glen Watkins National Park, about an hour drive, and highly recommend it, the waterfalls are amazing. Plenty of good farms around to buy fresh produce on the side of the roads. Easy-going people, considerate and respectful of their surroundings. Overall, we had a great time and Bob was a very good host. Look forward to staying here again.

Wonderful Getaway

The cabin is cute, well taken care of and stocked with appliances and conveniences that you will need. The cabin is right on the lake and there are a few docks for fishing/boating. We caught lots of little fish right off the front dock with very little effort. I'd like to thank Bob for being a wonderful host. he took us on a boat ride and is friendly and generous. Stay here with confidence.

Great location and reasonable rate per night.

Robert was great with our communications. Before our arrival we talked and our place was ready for us before our actual check in time. We were greeted outside of Roberts home which is located behind rental cottage. Rental home was clean and everything you need was included. The AC window units are only in the kitchen and living room. Our bedrooms were small but plenty of room to sleep in. You need to keep all doors open to cool two bedrooms. To our surprise our bed was a combination bunk bed and Full size. Robert explained it was new and he didn't have time to change that information in description. My wife and I were slightly disappointed but we made it work. Our cousins were staying in the other bedroom and they told me that mattress could be changed. Very soft and not very comfortable. Otherwise our stay was good, and Robert was friendly and even gave us fire wood for two nights. WIFI signal was fair not super strong. TV worked fine and we really didn't watch it that much. Everything in this cottage worked perfectly and we have no complaints. Great time at the lake and very peaceful. Sam K

Wonderful lake side cottage

Relaxing day on the lake.

We had a great time at the lake house, fishing off the dock during the day and dancing by the fire at night. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. Including a row boat and kayaks. We went in the middle of September and the algae was in bloom so decided not to use them. We had a great time and wait for next year.

Great cottage!

This is our second time staying at the cottage. We love being on the water and the cottage has everything we needed; very clean. Bob is very accommodating. We would definitely like to come again.

These reviews don't lie...Bob is a wonderful generous host. He is a genuine great guy with a lifetime of experience about lake life and the area. If you rent this cottage from Bob, you honestly don't need to bring a thing other than your personal items. He provides it all. 100% recommend this cottage and Bob for anytime of the year.
