Beach and bays views-Spacious extra nice-Heated Pool-kayaks-paddle boards-dogs

Spacious, extra nice 3 bedroom coastal duplex across the street from beach. FAMILY and DOG friendly on a cove of Little Lagoon with HEATED POOL. Pool is semiprivate and shared by only two other units. Pool heated seasonally. Fish, crabbing, launch with KAYAKS and PADDLEBOARDS included! Tie up your BOAT. Outdoor closet with beach gear and pool floats too. Just bring your beach towels!

House has brand new stainless appliances in a large kitchen. Extra spacious open floor plan with a wall of windows and an extra large deck. 66 ' TV for watching the big game. Brand new couches to get comfy when your hanging out at the house. Sleeoer futon couch and wicker rocking chairs for another spot to cozy up. Dining table for 6 and 4 comfy bar stools.
Deck has a table with seating for 6 and comfy new modular couch. Decks overlook the water and the pool. Peekaboo views of beach across the street.
Private deck off master bedroom too., guests will find a brand new king in master with private deck and bath, queen bed in bed 2, and a twin over queen bunk in bed 3b with a twin futon. Cotton sheets and comforters and turkish cotton bath towels. With two full and one half bath. The living room offers a futon for additional sleeping space.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach cart, boogie boards, lots of sand toys, floats and life jackets for kayaks and futons included. Just bring your beach towels. Shower and hose located under house to rinse off too.
Beach is a 6 minute walk to public beach with restrooms and showers. Parking there also if you like to drive over. Beach cart included.
Free parking for up to 3 cars. 2 cars can park under house.Bring your boat or jet skis and launch at public boat ramp Moes Landing. You can tie up boat at our house and leave it there during your stay.
Right across the street is Pier 66 grocery and West Beach Coffee House.

House is located less than a mile from the Hangout and the main area of Gulf Shores. Walk down the beach to Bahama Bobs Restaurant. Several shops and restaurants are within a half mile of the condo. We are in West Beach and the neighborhood has lots of beach houses and great areas to walk or bike. A couple blocks away is the Point on Little Lagoon which is a little locals beach to take the dogs to play and swim. Our two doodle love it. Lagoon Avenue has nice bike trails and sidewalks too.

Loved the house! Lots of room for our group of 4 adults, 3 kids and 3 little dogs. Enjoyed kayaking and paddleboarding in the lagoon, and the heated pool made it possible to swim in December! Hope to return during the warmer months! Thanks!

The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was ideal with access to the bay and beach across the street. We loved being able to have out dogs with us. We would definitely stay again.

Outstanding property! Well maintained, great communication, lots of useful items in kitchen and bathrooms, so close to public parking and breathe taking beach areas, relaxing balconies with great patio furniture, beautifully decorated, spacious, very clean! Excellent accommodations with everything you could need!

This is the most well furnished and organized vacation home we've ever seen. The decor is lovely and relaxing. We enjoyed hanging out on the large decks. It was nice having the pool all to ourselves. The short walk to the public access beach was a breeze. Our host was very responsive to all messages and even notified us when the unit was ready for an earlier check in. We would definitely stay there again!

Thanksgiving holiday

The location is prefect. Very spacious and very clean. The host is amazing. I have stayed at several Verbo properties and never have i had a host communicate so well.. i will definitely be back in March for my daughters birthday..

Home away from home

This home was very cozy, clean and comfortable. Kitchen had a variety of cooking supplies. Everything that was stated in the description was exact. It was really a bonus to have a beach closet with supplies, so we didnt have to travel with those extra things. We loved that this is a pet friendly home and that we had dog park options in the area. When we we needed a break from the beach it was nice to relax at the pool or take the kayak out and have a quiet evening. The store across the street was amazing we strolled over and picked up drinks and snacks nearly every night. The owner was very nice and quick to respond to questions. We will be back! Loved this home and the balconies

My husband Brad and I have been bringing our family to the beautiful gulf beaches for over 25 years. We are so excited to share our home away from home with you in Gulf Shores, Alabama.

We live in Birmingham. Alabama. I am a chiropractor and Brad works at Childrens Hospital. We are empty nesters with two mini labradoodles and love to bring our fur babies on vacation with us. We wanted to make our home a very comfortable and very clean home away from home for our family and our guests and their fur babies if they choose. We are looking forward to many years of making memories with our kids and our grandsons and all our guests making great memories and returning to stay with us.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love Gulf Shores and especially West Beach. The gorgeous sugar white sand, friendly people, and delicious food. We love taking our paddleboards on Little Lagoon and our bikes on the bike paths. West beach has many quaint beach cottages and smaller condos and a great neighborhood feel that is safe and beautiful.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our beach house is very spacious with comfortable furniture and a big fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances. We have two large private balconies with great furniture and a heated pool, We love being on our cove off of Little Lagoon and paddling or fishing. Its a quick walk to the public beach access and a great neighborhood to walk or bike in. The bedrooms upstairs are very comfy and we love having our coffee in the morning on the masterdeck and watching the waves. The little grocery store across the street is great to pick up something we need or head upstairs to the adorable West Beach Coffee Shop. We are less than a mile from the center of Gulf Shores but feel away from it all.
