Set atop the highest point on the island, this 35.5 acre estate property, Big Hill, is a luxurious haven that will not disappoint. Delivering all the ambience and historic charm of a West Indies mountain-top property, Big Hill offers panoramic views of the ocean from the elegant comfort of a traditional Bahamian home. The main house, designed specifically to combine luxury and privacy, perfectly blends with the native forest to elevate your morning coffee with sunrise birdsong. In addition to expansive living and dining areas, the main house features a chef’s kitchen, wet bar for entertaining, private master suite with a four-poster bed, and ensuite bath. A three bedroom guest house is connected to the main home by an arched bridge, providing a unique living space for six with all the charm and elegance of the primary residence; perfect for entertaining or enjoying a movie night. The guest house’s two ground floor bedrooms offer natural daylight and quiet comfort while the loft accommodations boast breathtaking views of the Abaco sunrise where the Atlantic horizon gives way to dawn. Truly a gem embodying the island’s stunning beauty, escape into nature with the pleasures of air conditioning and carefully crafted modern comforts. Dock slip located Nigh Creek accommodates up to 35ft vessel.

Heaven in Hope Town

This historic property exceeded all expectations. Nestled in lush tropical landscaping with native bush, it offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Sea of Abaco. The sunsets are truly indescribable—something that must be seen to be believed.The home has been beautifully renovated and thoughtfully appointed throughout. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, fully equipped with every gadget needed to create gourmet meals. Each bedroom features incredibly comfortable beds with high-quality linens, ensuring restful nights.From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Heather, the caretaker, who was simply amazing. She met us at the dock and ensured every detail was perfect throughout our stay, even adding fresh greenery to every corner of the home.It’s hard to choose a favorite room, but the kitchen quickly became the heart of our family gatherings. We also loved spending time in the cozy living room, where we read and played games while enjoying the sweeping views from Tahini Beach all the way to the Lighthouse.The layout is ideal: the main house features the master suite, kitchen, dining area, living room, and an outdoor dining space, while a separate guest house includes two beautifully furnished bedrooms and an upstairs loft—perfect for guests or extended family.One of the standout features was the reverse osmosis water system, which provided us with fresh, clean drinking water throughout our stay.We’re already looking forward to returning next year—especially
