Riverfront privé avec piscine / bain à remous / cabines. Sanctuaire pour les réunions de famille / amis

Choisissez une chambre donnant sur la piscine ou la rivière dans le chalet principal. Ce chalet de 5 chambres peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 dans la maison principale (2 reines, 2 doubles et 4 lits jumeaux). Il y a deux petites cabines séparées pour les invités supplémentaires et idéales pour les enfants! (2 lits jumeaux dans chaque cabine).
Immense terrasse et salon extérieur donnant sur l'accès direct à la rivière Wood. Il y a du canoë et du kayak à utiliser, et peut vous emmener jusqu'au centre de Hope Valley (3 miles en aval de la rivière).
De plus, la propriété dispose d'une piscine pleine grandeur bien entretenue, d'une cabane extérieure et d'un bain à remous. Pour votre commodité, il y a un grand réfrigérateur et congélateur, ainsi qu'un grill.

C'est un sanctuaire paisible pour la famille et les amis pour se rassembler et créer des souvenirs ensemble.

This property had great sleeping accommodations for our party of 13. The kitchen and living room were a bit small for our group, but it didn’t interfere with the fun.The pool and gazebo area was perfect for fun in the sun and evening relaxation.Just remember to bring towels and sheets (there are a few twin beds).

We had a great time at this property! The amenities are incredible. We went kayaking and used both the pool and hot tub. The rules are a little intimidating at check-in, but Marie was such a good and responsive host! She helped us with everything we needed. Please note - not sheets/towels in the house. We did not realize this until 2 days ahead of time, so just a little rushed to figure it out. Overall, loved it and would come back!

Great spot for our extended family of 12 - quiet, plenty of parking, places available to retreat to when you wanted some time for yourself, plenty of yard space for kids to play. Check-in super easy with a door code, modern kitchen with everything needed to cook. And can't forget about the pool and hot tub!

Back again for a wonderful stay

Our extended family loves Marie's place! The cousins love soending alone time in the kid cabins, and the dining room table is great for a rousing game of Monopoly Go. Nice huge TV makes movie nights fun, and the pool can't be beat. Thanks for a great visit!

Amazing place!

Our group had the best time at Marie’s place. It is unbelievable beautiful, quite and there are soo many thing to do. From pool to hot tub to a Kanu ride on the river. The house is big, clean and comfy. We just had the best time and I would recommend this place to everyone!

Overall we had an amazing time! It is a relaxing spot and the pool was just what we all needed. The kitchen had everything you needed. There is shopping close for all of your needs! You do need to bring your own linens and the river was not passable for us to kayak down to the attached pond but it didn't matter because we had so much fun in the pool! Marie was very responsive and kind. We will be back!

Truly an amazing stay for our family! The interior of this home had a calm and cool ambience; perfect for a much-needed getaway. Each bedroom hosted it's own air conditioning unit that did keep the whole house cool in this crazy heat. The stunning pool is the heart of this home! We all enjoyed floating, laughing, and cannonballing the afternoon away. There is a covered mini-outdoor pavilion which was ideal for our shade-loving family members. Friends and family vacation

Great spot plenty of space in the house for everyone. Nice kitchen and livingroom obviously the salt water pool was great. We spent out nights near the fire pit and gazed at the stars. They really shine bright with no light pollution around here. Recommend having your monitoring coffee near the river access for a relaxing start to your day.

This was the fourth year we have gone to this house, and we have already booked it for next year. We love it and look forward to it. The hostess is helpful and quick to respond to our questions. It is perfect for our family. Our family consists of my husband and me, our two married daughters, their husbands, and their daughters (ages 4, 7, and 8). We gather fairly frequently at home, but it is usually to attend an event, so we don’t have time to catch up with each other. Our “vacation house” allows us time to chat, laugh, be silly, play games in or around the pool, make S’mores, and maybe even sing around the fire pit.

Great Experience

Had a wonderful July 4th week with family. The pool was a big hit with the whole family and made for a refreshing time on a hot week. The river out back provided some quiet time for doing a little fishing. Only down side was that there wasn't a dishwasher, but that was quickly remedied by a quick trip to the grocery store to buy paper plates and utensils! Even though you feel like you are in a very rural area, which you are, stores, restaurants, and amenities are only 10 minutes away!. A great place for a relaxing vacation!

We really enjoyed the space, inside and out. There was several seating areas outside. One by the pool, one in the garden area and one by the fire pit. Just fantastic!The pool and the grounds were very well maintained. Outdoor lighting was well placed. The kitchen and dining areas were larger than it looked in the photos. 6 chairs at the dining table. We expected 4...bonus! Washer and dryer..bonus! The livingroom was large but more seating is needed to accommodate a big group. We used an available fan to circulate cool air from the livingroom into the dining room and kitchen. Overall we loved this home. We enjoyed every minute of our time there.

We chose the property for several reasons.

A peaceful and absolutely stunning place surrounded by nature. Country and woodsy feel. Endless hiking trails and outdoors activities. Fireplace in the fall/winter allows for cozy nights on the couch. The pool is our wake up shower in the summers!

Has that "Vermont feel".

Literally right on the Wood River. The river is our back yard.

In a National Preserve area with lots of hiking and trails and lakes for canoeing and kayaking and tubing and fishing.

Hot tub! POOL!

Total getaway. Restores mind & body.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

When we welcome guests to the house we say would you like a pool view room or a river view room? All good. Our kids LOVE to have "sleepover" in the the two separate little cabins on the property that are fully furnished with electricity and they stay there with friends and hang out. Or for extra guests too. And of course, THE POOL! Another favorite activity during summer is to pull up a chair next to the river and read or swing in the hammock and just watch the water flow by and chill out.

Note: cabins not heated, only open during warm season. Same goes for the pool, open during the summer May-Oct depending on the weather that year.
