We were so pleasantly pleased with this property that when we return to the area we will definitely attempt to book it again. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. It was a wonderful stay.

The house was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and the rooms were comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and the pool table. Will book again!

Minerbo was a gracious host with excellent communication before and during our visit. There was a water issue at the property one night. Unfortunately I had to call Minerbo but we had water running within-the-hour. We found the living space more than enough for just my husband, our dachshund, and myself. Situated right off of I 64, in Chesapeake, it was easy access to Norfolk, Portsmouth, etc.

The place was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room, it was clean and our grandbabies especially like the games and everyone loved the pool table. Neighborhood was quiet. Would definitely rent again.

The response time is very quick. Host was able to address all my questions. Accessing the property was very easy and the place was beautifully maintained and everything needed was provided. Quality of the items provided was great making the stay very comfortable. Area was super safe and would surely recommend this place to others.

The house was comfortable, pleasant, and had everything we needed. The big backyard was really nice. It's in a very residential neighborhood, but was convenient to our activities in Norfolk. The only glitch was that the code we were given wasn't activated when we arrived. The owners were able to remotely unlock the door as soon as we reached them, and fixed it right away.

Honest review here: I will admit- I was leary about booking this location after viewing pictures because I felt like the neighborhood was going to be sketchy. BUT- I was actually pleasantly surprised with the overall feel of the neighborhood- older but lots of character! I really ended up liking the neighborhood. I actually would love to live here!The house itself- WELCOMING! BEAUTIFUL! VERY CLEAN! COMFORTABLE! Bathrooms- GREAT shower! BRIGHT lighting!Beds- COMFORTABLE! COZY!Kitchen- STOCKED with any amenities you’ll need for cooking. I have ZERO complaints about his house!We were in the area visiting our son who is in the USN and was due to leave port on a specific day- that day was pushed back and unfortunately we could not extend our stay at this house which I completely understand but was disappointed because I LOVED this house. The host communicated with me a few days prior to check in that the grill was out of service but that was not an issue for our stay. I would 100% recommend this house for any short or long stay in the area! We will definitely return for any future stays in Norfolk.Thank you for a wonderful experience!

House was clean, and very quiet neighborhood with older folks on both sides. Parking is a premium due to a cul de sac. Kitchen was well equipped. Stove was always accidentally being turned on ( bad design). Pool table needs a short stick( small garage area) If you don’t bring food with you be prepared to drive for awhile. Location is not close to and restaurants or grocery shopping.
