I've had the pleasure of owning this property for over 20 years and have seen how the neighborhood has evolved into the multi-cultural hardworking community it is today. Newly rehabbed, clean and full of basic amenities that promotes success for the busiest families and professionals. 5 - 15 minutes away from Jackson Park, South Shore, Trinity and University of Chicago Hospitals. 15 minutes drive to the beach or the Museum of Science and Industry. We have our own personal chef and catering company that you're available to book upon request. The property is located 1 block away from a Chicago Park District that provides sports, tennis, a community summer swimming pool and a walking path.
