Marco Island Beach Getaway is excited to offer our Amber Beach House located on the South end of Marco Island!
Newly renovated three bedroom/two bath home is located on the South end of Marco Island. Our Amber Beach house location is considered one of the most desirable areas on the Island.
Enjoy the best of Marco Island in our newly renovated waterfront three-bedroom and two-full-bathroom home. Only minutes by boat to the Gulf of Mexico and pristine beaches! Located just 0.5 miles from the Winterberry Beach access point (only a 9-minute walk!) and within walking distance of many popular restaurants and shops.
Our Amber Beach house includes three bedrooms: a King master bedroom with a walk-in shower and walk-in closet, a Queen bed and a twin daybed, and a third Queen bedroom with a spacious closet. Sleep soundly on our new mattresses in all three bedrooms. The guest bath has a walk-in shower.
The Amber Beach House has a private, heated salt-water pool with expansive canal views, and a roomy lanai facing East to enjoy beautiful Marco Island sunrises. On the lanai is a dining table with four chairs, comfy chaise lounges for poolside relaxation, an electric fireplace, and an outside T.V. sitting area. The lanai is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, outside dining, and or cocktails.
After a day of exploring and enjoying the Island, come home and relax in our main living room, which features comfortable couches and chairs where you can enjoy watching a new 65 inch TV.
The dock is perfect for launching a kayak or paddle board, renting a boat, on site fishing (must have FL fishing License), or watching marine life. Guests do not have access to a boat lift. Rent a kayak or paddle board by the hour, day or week from Paddle Marco Island. They will deliver right to the house.
Our home may be new to the rental market, however, we have been hosting guests in our other beachfront rental properties since 2012. We are excited about our new addition and are eager to share it with you.
