Primary Bedroom: King bed with an ocean view and en-suite access to both the primary bathroom, walk-in closet, and covered lanai.
Secondary Bedroom: King bed with spacious closet and access to a hallway bathroom.
Primary Bathroom: Dual vanities with a walk-in shower, marble floors
Guest Bathroom: Single vanity with shower/tub combo, marble floors
Den: Pull-out sleeper sofa; a computer table big enough for a monitor and French doors that shut for privacy.
Kitchen: New appliances; separate pantry; well stocked utensils and cooking gear
Dining Room: Dry bar with wine fridge; limestone table seats six.
Living Room: Entertainment console; large sectional with a pull-out bed; rotational chairs.

The residence has excellent internet and the three new TVs set up for streaming – one in each bedroom and a 75-inch TV in the living area, perfect for watching the games or movies. All artwork in Heron House comes from local Florida artists.

From the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room, guests will be able to enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that span 45 feet. Yet Heron House is tucked back far enough away from the pool and common amenities so you will feel like you’re staying at your own peaceful private island oasis. The lanai is the perfect place to unwind, thanks to a second dining space and cushy chairs for sitting back and taking in the view with your favorite beverage.

Guest Access:
In terms of amenities, Gulfside Place is likely the most finely equipped community on Sanibel. The clubhouse has been newly rebuilt, with an expanded fitness room, grilling areas, pickleball courts, tennis courts and two Olympic-sized pools. Boardwalks and paths provide easy walking access to the beach. Owner provides access to dedicated parking spot and beach gear.
