Enjoy a peaceful stay at this superb 2-bedroom townhome in St. Augustine. The cozy bedrooms feature a king and queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Relax in the charming living room with an additional fold-out couch (queen) for extra guests. This property offers heating, AC, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, outdoor shower and a fenced-in private side and back yard (for pets) for your convenience. There are parking spaces for 2 vehicles. The bathroom includes a shower and a hairdryer. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in St. Augustine. Note: The townhome is located on the entire lower level/first floor of the home. Fenced in side and backyard is not shared and is for the VRBO use only.

Host was very welcoming, she was very easy to reach. Home was very accommodating. Two parking spaces out front are very nice. A tv did not work in one of the rooms however this didn’t matter much as we were very busy and host was attentive to look into the situation! Very easy to get downtown! Would stay again!

Great stay and a wonderful host. Everything in the house was well labeled. The house was clean and organized. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the outdoor shower is a major plus! The nearby park and beach were awesome! Would highly recommend and stay again. The welcome booklet is also a nice touch!

A terrific stay

The house was very neat and clean and had a lot of amenities like a spice rack and coffee already ready to go. The layout was fantastic and a very close walk from the beach.

The house is exactly as described. It was a quiet and comfortable place to stop and relax. The owner and I spoke and she was cordial, friendly and supportive. This is a very good place for a couple or two to rest and walk to the beach. Nice restaurant and pier nearby as well as a good Publix.

Very friendly neighborhood , it was so close to the beach . Very convenient for us as a family to get to downtown and all the parks. Host responded very quickly to any questions I had. Bonus there was a very cute little dog across the street . Very adorable !

Sweet 16 birthday trip

My four daughters and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate one of their 16 birthday. It was just down the street from the beach which was wonderful but also within five minutes of historic St. Augustine. We had such a lovely time!

Meadow Beach

Clean, well maintained house close to the beach. Owner was very responsive to the A/C not running and it was fixed within a couple hours! Well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Close to Publix as well.Great neighborhood close to tennis court, pickleball court and basketball court.

Great location and place to stay

Only negative that is based on the photos I thought the front yard was the back yard. The back yard is actually very small. Everything else was great!

Could be cleaner, shower door a lot of soap scum, pull chain in master fan short( need to stand on bed to change, glasses in kitchen cabinets sticky and required washing before use, dishwasher running when we checked in but no dishes in it (lol), noisy fridge!

Excellent Weekend Stay

Great option for short stays and quick walks to the beach. The unit has more than enough room to be very comfortable and even a king size bed in the master room area and large kitchen. Check in was a breeze and the unit was very clean. The unit is pet friendly which is a plus for anyone traveling with a dog but the only downside is there really is no yard area and the property is a 2 unit rental.

I grew up in Jacksonville, but always drove to Vilano Beach with my friends for the day. As an adult, I feel very lucky to buy a home on the beach I have spent most of my life enjoying. Also being less than 2 miles away from downtown St. Augustine is awesome!
