Second Bedroom: King bed with en suite bathroom and coastal details. Bathroom has dual entrance to bonus family room as well.
Third bedroom: Queen bedroom, shared deck access, and a shared hall bathroom as well.
Fourth bedroom: Great for the kids - Double over double bunk beds, sleeps 4. Shared hall bathroom also.

Minutes to the Shore ⇨
- The Lilly Lane beach trail leads you right to the San Juan Beach access point – it's a 10-15 min walk down the trail to San Juan Ave.
- Santa Clara Regional Access point. 10 min golf cart ride! Offers parking, lifeguards, and restrooms. You can also rent chairs, umbrellas, bonfires, etc.. here.
- Grayton Dunes – this one is a 15 min ride. Beautiful dunes and entry point, plus it's super scenic! There is parking and lifeguards available here as well.
Other things to note:
- Parking: 2 spots in the driveway and street parking also available.
- This home requires a minimum stay of 6 nights due to HOA requirements.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
