This lovely Cape Cod style cottage is located in the resort style community of Qualicum Landing; a seaside community just 10 minutes north of the Qualicum Beach village, 30 min to Mt. Washington & surrounded by golf courses. Explore the secluded beach overlooking the Salish Sea & Gulf Islands. Tailor your vacation to fit you!
This family-friendly and pet-friendly cottage offers the perfect getaway.
The space
Attention All Guest: This suite is available for long term rental during the off season, please contact us for available dates and rates.
This `Pet Friendly` cottage allows (1) Dog under 60lbs as per strata rules. There is a 1-time charge of $150.
Sleeping arrangements are two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a kids room with twin bunk bed and a pull-out in the living room sofa. This home comfortably sleeps 6 to 7 people.
The bright, open floor plan boasts high ceilings and warm tones, creating an inviting space. The large gourmet kitchen, equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, is ready for your culinary creations.
Enjoy meals at the large family-style dining table, which seats 6. There are also 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar, offering even more seating options. The large covered back deck features a lovely propane fire pit table, making it a perfect spot to relax.
This charming home is conveniently situated in a gated community with access to the clubhouse, pool, and hot tub area, and is just a quick 2-minute walk through the development to the beach. Expansive windows and French doors lead to an amazing covered patio with plenty of seating around the propane fire pit and backing on to an open green space.
Guest access
Guest will enter the cottage through the front door.
There is no garage.
8-hours prior to your arrival , you will receive a gate code to get into the complex and access information for the door to the home. Once you have checked in, there will be a FOB for the gate that you can use through-out your stay.
The driveway has room for two cars and any guests you have can park for free across from the home.
In the electronic and paper house manual there is the access code to the pool/hot tub area (please note the pool is open from June 1 to Sept 1).
Other things to note
There are outdoor security camera`s on most of the cottages in this community. There are NO camera`s pointed at the inside of the home or the outside patio. We insure guest privacy.
Access to the mail box is not available to guests
