The kitchen is well-equipped with a stove, brand-new refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, and other essential appliances.



The master bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, air-conditioning, a closet with hangers, and an en-suite bathroom.



The second bedroom offers air conditioning, two full-size beds, and a closet with hangers.



Across the hallway, you'll find a second bathroom, and just opposite, there's a laundry room in the kitchen equipped with a washer and dryer.



A glass sliding door leads to your balcony, where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Caribbean Ocean.



Throughout your stay, you'll be serenaded by the soothing sound of the ocean waves, creating an unforgettable experience.



Guest Access:

Isla is a charming oceanfront apartment located on the second floor of the Rincón Ocean Club.



To enter the building, collect keys and a beeper from the lockbox. You'll pass through a gated main entrance and have access to your designated parking space.

- The building has no elevator.



- Renovations are being done on the premises.

A secluded beach is just a short walk away (~3-5 mins), or you can take a quick drive.

For the safety of our guests, we ask all children 12 and under be accompanied by an adult when accessing the balcony area.

- No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $500 fine.

- Maximum of 4 guests. Occupancy and noise limits are vigorously enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $1,000 per violation.
