L'appartement est dans un emplacement central, est situĂ© Ă  seulement 500 mĂštres de la Piazza San Pietro. Avec une promenade de 10 minutes, vous pouvez rejoindre chĂąteau Saint-Ange, Ă  travers la Via della Conciliazione, cĂ©lĂšbre pour ĂȘtre la rue qui mĂšne Ă  la Piazza San Pietro.
Avec quelques arrĂȘts de bus, vous pouvez rejoindre les MusĂ©es du Vatican, Via Cola di Rienzo, puis le cĂ©lĂšbre Trident (Piazza del Popolo, Via del Corso, Piazza di Spagna ..).

Residenza Nicholas III est au 5Úme étage d'un élégant immeuble avec ascenseur et peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes.

- une chambre avec deux lits simples, une armoire et une salle de bains privée avec lavabo, toilette, bidet et douche
- cuisine équipée pour préparer des repas, avec table à manger pour 5 personnes. La cuisine est équipée d'un chauffe-eau, machine à café, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle.
L'appartement dispose de pouvoir offrir à ses clients un cadre chaleureux et confortables, équipées de tout le confort: une connexion Wi-fi, climatisation, chauffage, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes.
Dans le service qu'ils comprennent les services publics, linge de lit, serviettes et une petite sélection d'aliments pour le petit déjeuner (thé, café, biscuits, biscuits, chocolat, confiture, beurre ..).

L'emplacement de la résidence Nicholas III est idéal pour un séjour à Rome, l'appartement est en fait dans une zone centrale, mais pas chaotique, et vous pouvez vous déplacer à pied ou en bus.
A quelques mÚtres de la maison il y a le bus 64 qui va directement à Termini, la principale plaque tournante de Rome en train, bus et métro.

Excellent stay

The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect; a 5 minute walk to several restaurants, 2 very good bakeries, a grocery store and a taxi stand. Also, it was less than a 10 minute walk to St. Peters square. The owner, Lucia was wonderful, she arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, met us at the apartment, gave us a tour and explained how everything worked. She was extremely helpful and very pleasant. We would definitely stay there again the next time we visit Rome. Ciao.

Wonderfull stay

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Very well situated for visiting the vatican and near of the train station and bus stop to visit all the others attractions. We were able to find a parking for the car near of the apartment for 8 euros per day. The apartment is well equiped and the owner is easy to contact and give you all the information needed.

Superbe emplacement

Superbe appartement avec toutes les commodités. L'air climatisé dans chacune des piÚces fût fort apprécié étant donné la canicule. Super bien situé: PrÚs de plusieurs endroits touristiques, mais assez loin du grand centre ou le calme est fort apprécié. Merci Lucia pour tout! Je recommande à 110%

Amazing apartment in Roma very near to the Vatican (5 min walk)

Dear travelers, We booked at that place for 5 days at this amazing apartment just all renovated, with air conditioning in every rooms! Thanks to the AC, we were able to sleep well in the very comfortable beds (kids got a single bed for everyone), the weather was 40 deg C outside during the day, air conditioning units were working like brand new! The place is about 5 minutes walk from the St Pietro Piazza (the Vatican), very well equipped to cook, and extremely quite at all time (we did some good naps in the late afternoon prior to go out again for diner, no noise at all time. Also a very nice ''terrace'' on the roof of the building offering an amazing view overlooking the St-Pietro Basilica. I have only very very good words to say about this place, recommended to all, enjoy visiting Roma when staying at this apartment!

Our host Lucia was wonderful! She made taxi reservations for us the day we arrive and the day we left. Our flight was delayed 7 hours and she made sure the driver was still there to meet us.The apartment was lovely, clean, and quite comfortable. We were very close to the Vatican for our tour. Nice walk.

We had everything that we needed and some extra comforts. Lucia was wonderful with pre arrival communication and arranged transfers for us for late night arrivals and early morning departures. The location was very good for seeing all the important and less known places in Rome. We all (4 adults) had enough space to feel comfortable and the view from the second bedroom is spectacular. I do highly recommend this apartment for your next visit to Rome. Thank you Lucia.

This was a wonderful property with a wonderful host. Lucia communicated clearly and was kind. The apartment was great for our family of five for a multi-day visit. The apartment is extremely close to the Vatican. We enjoyed the view of the Vatican from one of the bedrooms. We were thankful to have a clothes washer to use and also a roller cart to go to the grocery store which is just on the next block. We ate at a couple of good restaurants in the neighborhood. It was all just perfect!

Great location! Close to Vatican. Many restaurants nearby. Very clean. Check in was great and Lucia was a great communicator. Answered all our questions. She even arranged a shuttle to pick us up at airport and brought us to apartment., which was convenient after a long flight. She met us at apartment and informed us about amenities. Would highly recommend her apartment. She has an iron and a hair dryer so you don’t have to pack.She also had tea and coffee and little biscuits for breakfast.

Upon arrival at Cruise Port at our request, Lucia provided transportation to the Apt. She was not available due to matters she needed to attend to, we would have liked to have met her. She gave us instructions on how to enter. Apartment is ideally located (walking) to Vatican, great restaurants, pizza, gelato, etc! The apartment was very clean, and coffee provided was much appreciated. Be advised the showers are very small, and currently there is quite a bit of construction noise going on outside the building, but closed windows help dampen it. She provided a driver back to airport. The drivers were excellent and on time. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend this apartment.

Great location, walking distance to St. Peter's. There were plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Our host met us at the apartment and gave us lots of information. She also arranged transportation from the port (we were on a cruise) and to the airport when we were ready to leave. Great communication. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and comfortable for 4 adults. Great place, would definitely stay again.

Eine perfekte Wohnung fĂŒr 4 Personen. Top Lage! 2 min. zum Bahnhof, Bus 64 fĂ€hrt alle 4 Minuten mitten ins Zentrum. Im Umkreis viele gute Restaurants. Zu empfehlen La Vittoria. Und dann gibts um die Ecke auch noch einen Supermarkt PAM. Das Haus ist super gut gepflegt. Lucia hat uns empfangen und uns alles sehr gut auf Englisch erklĂ€rt. Zudem gab es einige wertvolle Tipps. Alles in allem gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Lucia was lovely and the apartment was the perfect blend of charm and convenience. The sunny salon was a wonderful start and end to each day with lovely views. The location could not be better

Once again, we were delighted by our stay managed by Lucia. The 2 bed 2 bathroom air conditioned apartment was perfect for my daughter and I. The location was perfect for access to local restaurants, public transportation and easily accessible for walking into other areas of the city. There is a supermarket on the street behind the apartment making it very convenient. We had a wonderful time snd look forward to returning again.
