This is a doorman building with a gym and laundromat on the 3rd floor. The apartment is on the 15th floor elevator building. There is a pull out couch and an air mattress on top of the queen size bed.

We have equipped it with everything you may need. The sheets the pillows the mattress and everything in the apartment is of high quality material.
