• Complimentary use of paddle board and kayak for this unit

property was in gated community as listed. felt extra safe. quiet spot on the island as listed. private beach. beautiful surrounds. lots of extras at villa. seaweed rakes up each morning - who does that these days … they do. we also had a boating excursion from next door palm cay marina - be sure to ask any excursion company if they can pick you up from there. we hope to be back … it was that GOOD.

This trip was absolutely wonderful!!! The accommodations are amazing and everything is exactly as described in listing! The vrbo was very well equipped with nearly anything a guest may need. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. The grounds are immaculate and even more beautiful in person. Would recommend to anyone wanting a nice, secluded spot away from the busy downtown area.

This villa was nothing short of perfect! It is literally on the beautiful Caribbean Sea - walk out of the villa onto the patio with all of the comfortable and beautiful furniture, and there's the beach! The arrangement of the bedrooms was perfect for our family of 7 (5 adults and 2 children). It was wonderful that 2 of the bedrooms had balconies overlooking the beach/sea. The kitchen was fully furnished, and we could all dine together at the dining room and kitchen bar. Our transfer from airport to the villa stopped at a grocery store so we could pick up all the provisions. There is a grill on the patio that we used to cook a meal, and we also arranged for a private chef one evening - what a treat that was! There is a restaurant and bar a short walk away so we didn't cook every meal. But most of the time we were at the beach, soaking up the sun, playing or floating in the waves, and there was also a kayak we were able to use! Our host, Mike, was wonderful - quick responses for any questions or if we needed anything at all. Each of us just kept saying how perfect our vacation was at Palm Cay Villas and particularly this one. We all agreed we would definitely be back!

Very well appointed beautiful home right on the beach! We loved every aspect of the home. Check in and out was very easy. My wife is a chef so the kitchen being fully complete with everything was a big plus! Decent quality pots and pans as well. I highly recommend this place! It’s nice to have the solitude but you’re not a long drive from the crowds and everything else Nassau has to offer.

Stay was fantastic - any issues were minor (such as the rinse hose in the back being broken). The rear deck is amazing for catching a sunrise or watching the stars at night.Access was simple and we had no problems during our time.
