Tout juste rénové en 2013, ce condo de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains de 1 200 pieds carrés est situé juste en face de Siesta Key PublicBeach. Situé au 4ème étage, l'unité a des portes vitrées du sol au plafond de 48 pieds.
Les caractéristiques comprennent une nouvelle cuisine, 2 nouvelles salles de bains, tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, les draps, 3 télévisions à écran plat, et toutes les commodités pour rendre votre séjour confortable et mémorable. Dans la buanderie de l'unité avec laveuse / sécheuse à hydromassage. Belle piscine, cabane avec barbecue et courts de tennis. Aussi 2 places de parking, une sous couverture. Great vacation

Condo was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect and only a short walk to the beach. The trolley stop right in front of the building was handy for our many trips to the village. I would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing!

From the decor to the location to the quick response from the lost the whole week was perfect! I loved having coffee on the patio in the morning and drinks on the other at night. It was truly a perfect week!

Beautiful Condo !

Exactly as described , lots of light, 2 balconies ! Well appointed kitchen , great location . Trolley is right out front to take you anywhere in town. Really nice pool, and the sugar sand beach is across the street !Great location. Would return !

A wonderful place to stay on Siesta Key

The unit was bright, clean, well furnished, and beautifully decorated—as well as quiet! The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths, including everything we needed for the beach. Siesta Key Beach—one of the top beaches in the world— is just a short walk across Beach Road and a free trolley is available in front of the building to get to Siesta Key Village. We enjoyed our stay and the location, and look forward to staying here again!

Great family vacation

This was our first time in Siesta Key with our toddler. The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Rich was very responsive to messages sent to him. There is covered parking within the building that was helpful it was raining. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful condo. Very well kept and stocked well with kitchen items. Right across the street from the public beach. Could use some new towels. Existing towels are quite hard but overall, this rental is an excellent choice.

Beautiful condo

Condo was really nice. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Very clean and updated. Only complaint was distance to ocean. Quite a long walk with beach gear and pool was under renovation.

I had high expectations of the property before I arrived and everything about the unit exceeded . The unit is fresh , updated , and in a perfect location . Richard was responsive with a couple of very minor asks . I’d love to stay here again in the future.

Perfect family rental

The unit was as described, very clean and beautiful open feel. The heated pool and tennis court were perfect to keep us busy when the weather was cooler. The unit had everything we needed and we appreciated the extra household supplies (laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags…). Everyone we met at the condo complex was super friendly. Highly recommend this unit

A terrific spot and terrific host.

This property is across the street from the Siesta Key public beach and in a prime location with an easy walk to the village. The owner has a nicely renovated condo. He offered clear and easy instructions for renting and occupying his place. The owner has also thought through many of the nice small touches that make up a quality VRBO. We had two small questions during our stay and the owner was exceedingly prompt at answering and resolving these (small) questions. I would highly recommend and if possible take advantage again of this property.

Nice Place

Hello, I spent more than 2 weeks in the condo (in April 2023) I was very satisfied with the services and the condo. It is big and very practical in addition to a covered parking near the door. The furniture and the beds are very comfortable. There is also a very nice balcony. Nice pool and the beach is very close and beautiful. The village with all the restaurants is easily accessible by foot. I recommend it to everyone. I will surely return. Georges

Lovely unit

We had a few issues yet owner tried to make it right. It really was not his fault as he was told the work was done in the unit. I think the condo association should refund him some money & I think our discount should have been more significant.

I’m really not sure what the problem was. There was literally two pieces of paper up on the wall that I gave Robyn a credit back for $200. I think the credit was more than fair. It may have taken her 10 seconds to take them off the wall. Everything else in the condo was pristine.

Perfect location

Love this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 balcony condo. The location for us was perfect. A mile walk to Siesta Village or bike ride. Location gives quick access to (off the main road traffic) Walking/Riding thru neighborhoods was great. The public pickle ball courts were literally right across the street as was public access to the main beach. We loved it so much we rebooked for next year. Decor was tastefully done and there was plenty of beach chairs/towels/umbrella...all the things you need. Washer/Dryer was great. Rich was a delight to work with and communicated immediately to all of our needs! Highly recommend. l
