Welcome to our newly built luxury condo in the tranquil El Encanto neighbourhood of the world-class Punta Mita Resort. Our 4,850 sq. ft. condo features modern furnishings and stunning views of the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Bay of Banderas. It is one of the largest condos in El Encanto where you can enjoy a large private pool, breakfast service, housekeeping, and concierge services during your stay. You will have access to four exclusive beach clubs with applicable fees, tennis and pickleball courts, a workout facility, and two signature golf courses all with applicable fees. You will also have access to the El Encanto Club including a pool and gym.
Our fully stocked kitchen, complete with a BBQ, and indoor and outdoor dining and living spaces, including a large outdoor terrace, provides the perfect setting for relaxing or entertaining the family. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and balcony, ensuring a comfortable and luxurious stay. Come and experience the ultimate vacation with us.

Exceeded expectations! Great family vacation.

Our family of four visited with another family of four and it was the perfect setup for the eight of us. The condo was immaculate and just finished about a year ago. We really enjoyed everything that Punta Mita had to offer and left the beach clubs along with a few nights where a chef came to the house and they have dinner. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a truly relaxing vacation with preteen kids.

Perfect!!! SUPER clean. Very spacious. Exactly as the pictures show. The neighborhood was double gated and guarded. Neighborhood was gorgeous and incredibly well manicured. Like Hawaii! Everyone drives gold carts. Super safe. We felt safe going “into town” which was across the street from the neighborhood. Max, the concierge was amazing. So kind and helpful. Grocery delivery was wonderful! I will say the beds are VERY VERY FIRM! And bring a sound machine to block out the bird that sounds like a smoke detector with a low battery. lol. Non stop all night every night but other than that everything was perfection. We will DEFINITELY be back. The covered pool all our own was amazing. Can’t say enough great things!

We love El Encanto for it azaming landscape and quiet vibe. It is centrally located, making it easy to get any where in the resort and into town.

We decided on this property because of its size. It is 4,850 sq. ft. of beautifully decorate indoor and outdoor living. Despite not being the penthouse it has panoramic views of the Sierra Madre Mountains and the Bay of Banderas on one side, and expansive resort and Pacific ocean views on the other.
