SituĂ© au 876, rue Tourmaline, Tourmaline Beach et Surf Park sont Ă  moins de 2 Âœ pĂątĂ©s de maisons. Nous sommes situĂ©s dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel calme, Ă  distance de marche de certains des meilleurs restaurants de San Diego et d'une vie nocturne animĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ©. Grands cafĂ©s, une Ă©picerie et Bird Rock (la Jolla), Turquoise Shopping ect .; Assez loin de l'agitation mais assez proche pour en profiter! Vous allez adorer cette maison. Le propriĂ©taire l'a conçu pour sa famille mais a dĂ» dĂ©mĂ©nager pour sa carriĂšre. Il est trĂšs bien fait avec une disposition ouverte, une cuisine trĂšs haut de gamme, une terrasse en sĂ©quoia Ă  l'avant et Ă  l'arriĂšre, les animaux domestiques avec une cour privĂ©e, une allĂ©e privĂ©e, un grand bain Ă  remous, une aire de pique-nique et sont merveilleusement paysagers.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Our host Richard responded to all of our questions immediately. The property was amazing and within a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We had a golden retriever with us so the fenced in back yard was a plus!

This is just a great place. Location is amazing, a short walk to the beach. Kitchen is well-stocked for cooking; just bring your favorite spices. The beach toys, the ample towels, the clean hot tub, a free parking place, a quite neighborhood, a lovely front porch...I would book again and again.

San Diego Zoo Visit

This beach house made the perfect base camp for our trip to the San Diego Zoo. It was so nice to be able to soak in the hot tub after spending the day exploring, and it was close to plenty of shopping/dining options as well as the beach.

Very nice beach vacation

The house was clean and ready when we arrived. Loved the parking in the driveway, no worrying about finding a spot to park on the street. Had everything we needed for indoor and outdoor cooking. Had everything we needed for the beach as well! Beds were comfy too! Loved that there was air conditioning. Kitchen is amazing! Big and beautiful! We enjoyed cooking in it. Our teen daughters loved it! Beach is close by as well as all kinds of shops, cafe's and restaurants. Loved the front deck for coffee in the morning & evenings too! The bikes were great to have as well! Back deck was great for evenings while we bbq'd and went in the Spa. Spa very clean and nice and hot! Overall great stay and we'd definitely stay there again:)

Family time

Great location and very nicely decorated home. Really appreciated that kitchen was well equipped for cooking! And had stemmed wineglasses ! Providing cable for us older folks that still like to “click” through shows was great too. House has a sunny front deck and comfortable small back one. Owner very responsive.

PB weekend

Stay at this location with family and 2 pets. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. We did not use all of the amenities as we spent majority of time outside of home. Great location.

Great Beach Town Home

Cute beach town home in excellent location. Quiet street only 2 blocks to the beach. Very close grocery store and restaurants. Home is very comfortable and well represented in the photos. Loved sitting on the front deck. Would definitely stay here again

Good Location

Good location. The front house enjoys majority of amenities. It was unclear we would be sharing the property with other units and may have caught flack for other tenants having their own hot tub experience. Numerous shops and restaurant options within walking or bike distance. Beach access just two blocks away. Would visit again if assured we would not be responsible for amenity use while we were away from the home.

quiet and comfortable house in a great neighborhood

well-appointed house in Pacific Beach neighborhood. house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. plenty of extras are provided - including lots of beach stuff (we were here in december - not cold, but not quite beach weather). loved the neighborhood - some great bars and restaurants in walking distance. in spite of the nearby nightlife it was VERY quiet. would definitely stay again.

Quick getaway

Awesome place, clean, everything we needed, great location. We used the bikes to get around. Only thing I felt awkward using the w/d because I had to walk past the home directly behind us and their motion light would come on. Absolutely rent again when we go back, no need to look around for something else.

Fantastic find!

Amazing property! Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Except maybe a couple more (firmer) pillows in the master bedroom, but that is really the one and only minor thing. Perfect location, adorable house, lots of beach accessories, bikes, and a great hot tub to relax in. Our family of five loved every minute of our trip!

Niet zoals beschreven erg onaardige eigenaar

Wij zouden er 5 dagen blijven na een berichtje over klachten wat betreft privacy in de tuin, het niet kunnen gebruiken van het bubbelbad, bloedvlek in de slaapbank en te weinig stoelen om om te zitten kreeg ik van de eigenaar als reactie dat ik er zo snel mogelijk uit moet en de woning niet waardeer. Heel onaardige man, huis niet zoals beschreven nul privacy niet boeken!! Veel te duur voor wat je krijgt.

Cute House in an Excellent Location

Cute house with beautiful hardwood floors, open kitchen and living space. Loved the reclaimed wood dining table and chairs, it was all a very beach vibe. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants, the location was excellent. We had a great stay.

Amazing!

This place was amazing. Beautiful house perfect for my small family. Not flashy but has everything you need for a great time at the beach. The front porch was my favorite part. All the neighbors in the neighborhood were so nice to my children. It made us feel right at home. Thanks for making my family trip memorable!!
