This is a great old building in a great lower Manhattan location. Owner provided everything in the apartment to make it an excellent stay. Lots of natural light and views of lower New York.

Nice apartment, good location.

We stay for 2 days and the location is good. Parking is behind the building at NY prices but its nice to have the car right behind the building. The apartmenta needs a little bit of maintenance and the TV was broken when we checked in.

Apartment was perfect for a few days. Clean space and spacious compared to a hotel. Clear and smooth check-in process, and was flexible with check-in/check-out times as much as was possible. Host was great! Super communicative, answered all questions within a few minutes, and extremely helpful even after vacating the apartment (I lost an item and they went out of their way to help find it). Highly recommend.

Not as advertised

This is not a one bedroom. It is a studio apartment. When I pointed out the obvious, the response was that it is the size of a one bedroom. Was very unhappy with the false advertising and the extremely small space. Would not stay here again - even with the future discount they gave me.
