Situated within the I-270 Outerbelt, it offers easy access to a variety of destination in nearby areas like Dublin, Worthington, Upper Arlington, and Powell, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers, as well as extended stays and vacation rentals.

Additional info: The Artisan is located on the second (top) floor of our mixed-use residence, which is also a home base for our custom upscale portrait photography business. Both The Artisan and the studio are two independent units and has its own dedicated entrances opposite side of each other. The first floor (lower) is occupied by a trusted full-time tenant. You will have a dedicated parking space, followed by a short walk to the unit. Along the way, you'll pass along a concrete pathway, a wooden deck, and ascend a dedicated staircase with 12 steps leading to the entrance of the unit.

One parking spot is provided for our Artisan guests. A second spot can be arranged if you are traveling with two vehicles, but please notify us at the time of booking for availability. If we are informed on the day of arrival, we cannot guarantee the availability of a second spot; therefore we highly recommend traveling in one vehicle.

The Artisan currently does not include outdoor amenities, but we are just minutes away from some of the city's most popular parks, trails, and shopping districts.
