The home features luxe décor, high-end finishes, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or bake desserts. Enjoy a drip coffee maker with Keurig options, a blender for your smoothies, and all-new appliances.

Rest easy on brand-new, memory foam hybrid mattresses. The living room features a 55" flat screen, with a 50" in the master bedroom and a 43" in the queen bedroom. Interior Matches Listing, but Safety and Location ConcernsThe interior of the home matched the listing photos and was clean, well maintained, and well furnished. However, the surrounding area differed from the expectations set by the listing description.We booked this property for the holidays based on its description as a “Delray Beach retreat.” The home is located in the Swinton Avenue/I-95 corridor.During our stay (less than 24 hours), we observed the following:‱ Surrounding properties: Multiple nearby buildings appeared unoccupied or boarded up. Several adjacent properties showed signs of disrepair and limited maintenance.‱ Pedestrian infrastructure: There were little to no sidewalks on surrounding streets, limiting safe pedestrian access and walkability.‱ Street activity: Groups of individuals rode dirt bikes/motorbikes at high speed on the street throughout the day and evening. Loud music from passing vehicles was frequent.‱ Police presence: Police activity was observed approximately three blocks away related to a reported armed robbery at a nearby store.‱ Noise events: Loud bangs were heard around midnight during the stay, sounded like fireworks.Guests seeking a walkable, quiet, or traditional vacation-style Delray Beach experience may want to research this location in advance before booking.

It is important to note that we stayed here for a month and many of these comments would not be relevant for a short stay. House is light and airy and open with bright bulbs - not a lot of natural light. High ceilings. Beds are comfortable and showers have hot water and good pressure. Good counter space and seating space in the lichen/dining room. Desk in the bedroom is nice. The Outdoor space is tiny but private with a small patio. The Appliances work fine. There are brand new beach towels.The host company is extremely responsive at all hours of the day/night. Now the negatives. Most are easily fixable. The couch is extremely uncomfortable/old/sagging/one side is actually broken. The outside space just has a plastic picnic table. Real chairs would be nice so that guests could actually sit outside. There are zero plantings/bushes/trees. There is irrigation so would be easy to maintain landscaping. There are no drinking glasses (only plastic cups) and the “dishes” are all plastic, can’t go in the microwave (adults don’t want plastic plates and cups). Most of the pots/ pans are filthy/rusty. They bought us 1 new pot. 8 mugs is not enough. Not even silverware for 8. No disposal.Towels are TINY. Master shower floods every time. Closets are huge but need shelves. No way to unpack for long stay. No recycle bins.Decor - too much!Location. Just have your eyes open. Surrounded by empty lots, boarded up houses, some nice houses. Sketchy to walk at night.

College visits

House has been renovated and is beautifully decorated. Very comfortable. Easy layout. Master bedroom is extremely spacious with a wonderful his/her bathroom. Additional two bedrooms and another full bath in between. House was stocked with basic essentials. The house was perfect for our short stay!The house did not provide any necessities for the beach. We had to rent chairs/umbrellas.

FreeBee is a South Florida-based electric transportation company that provides free transportation service using Global Electric Motorcars, which are low-speed, battery-electric vehicles.
Guests can request a ride through the Freebee app anywhere in the downtown CRA service area, which includes most locations East of I-95 to A1A, and Gulfstream Boulevard to S.W. 10th Street.
Walk just to the end of our street to 10th Street to request a ride through the FreeBee app.
Hours of Operation:
Sunday-Wednesday: 11am-9pm
Thursday-Saturday: 11am-11pm
To use the app, you walk 3 minutes North to the beginning of the street. The app will open and you can call your free ride!

Garbage cans need to go out for pickup in the morning on designated days.
Thursday trash and recycling - WE HAVE A SERVICE THAT WILL COME BY TAKE THE TRASH AND RECYCLE OUT THE EVENING BEFORE PICK UP.
Monday trash only - We kindly ask that guests take the trash bin out the night before collection and bring it back in after collection
