Great Vacation Cottage

Really wonderful open-concept cottage in a great location with a heated pool. This was a perfect place for our family and it felt very welcoming. We will be staying again!!

Great experience for my first vrbo

It was welcoming, felt open, between the light colors and vaulted ceilings. Cortyard with the pool felt private. Location was good walgreens and grocery store couple blocks one way. Alantic ave several the other. Easy to walk too) (there ia a garage next to veterans park if you to avoid rain) this has ruined hotel stays its so much more relaxing to beable to spread out and relax at the beach. Would like to stay here next time were down.

I wouldn't really consider it a walking distance to the beach if you are intending or bring chairs, umbrellas, etc. However , it was a great location for strolling into town. The kids loved the pool, which has a fountain on the side, more than they liked the ocean. The house included kitchen supplies, a washer and dryer, and towels for the shower and pool. Multiple restaurants and attractions are within walking distance. Couldn't ask for better, and we will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation home!

Reviewer Comments: The home was clean and stocked with essentials - including about 10 bath towels, at least 6 beach towels, a few beach chairs and umbrella, and even a rolling cooler! It's about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach, basically 1 mile. Really close to Atlantic Ave, we were able to walk to some of our favorite bars. The pool is lovely, and we had no issues with our stay - everything was super clean and organized! Owner was very responsive to emails/questions.

You could walk or take advantage of the free Downtowner golf cart service. Our group of 6 had plenty of room to spread out as well as enjoy the backyard pool area. Cottage was fully stocked with everything needed for our stay. We would rent this unit again in the future.

The house was beautiful and very well stocked with kitchen items, as well as beach essentials (umbrellas, sand toys, towels). The location was phenomenal. We walked to Atlantic or the beach daily. Property management was great and very accessible. We had an issue with the AT&T service and Yvonne helped us get it resolved as quickly as possible given the holiday. I would definitely consider this great cottage for our future trips to the area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely stay for my mom and her siblings. They enjoyed this cute bungalow very much. Great location. Everything they needed. Ended up loving their stay. With that said;A bit of a rough start when they arrived but the manager was quick to fix whatever needs they had. The closet was full of things we needed to move and no one wants to do that after traveling from Europe. Cleaning crew dumped vacuum remnants on top of entryway bush. Not very inviting. My aunt is very picky and noticed. Overall lovely stay and property manager Handled everything swiftly. They had a blast in the pool and spending time together. The house does need updating and is not exactly as pictured so I one should know this before booking. The house is very quaint but when I book something I expect the pictures to be exactly that. In the end they made the best of it and would all stay again. Everyone was happy and it all worked out:):) Thank you Seagrape cottage!

Reviewer Comments: this was our second time at this property and our first time at sea grape Cottage. we absolutely loved it! such a great location to the beach, walking distance to atlantic ave-and close proximity to everything! the backyard pool and outside oasis and extremely peaceful and the cottage itself is very spacious and clean. my husband and our two small children felt comfortable and had plenty of space. we enjoyed the pool so much! Yvonne and the entire staff are always excellent and super responsive! this was our third time staying with vacation living rentals and definitely wont be our last! it was a wonderful getaway and we appreciate everything!!

House needs a face lift

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2 weeks. Great location. Very helpful owber’s Rep. The house feels seedy; there is not one comfortable chair to sit in. The tubs should be recaulked. Because of the very close proximity of other units we had to keep all of the blinds closed at all times. A good paint job would help.

Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home and pool area were lovely. There was alot of rain while there. On the days we were able to enjoy the pool, there was concrete grinding and work being performed next door. This was extremely loud, very annoying, and very dusty. Furthermore, we believe a car would have been way more convenient for this property. We had to sweep the floors a couple times as there were dead bugs. The local contact was very helpful and was not know there was construction going on. She had sprayed for bugs a few days before we arrived.
