Spence made us feel like we had a little slice of paradise in Puerto Vallarta. It was difficult to leave and come back home. Norma and Nestor took care of all our needs and made us feel relaxed. Norma’s breakfasts were the perfect way to start the day.

We are two couples who love to hang out and cook, and also explore. Casa Owaissa is perfect for both! Gorgeous, traditional decor with breathtaking views. The pool area on level 1 and the upstairs terrace provide perches for any activity. Sunning, reading, toasting, brunching. We cannot speak highly enough of Norma and all of her warmth and help. And Nestor takes great care of the vast gardens, pool, etc. It’s truly an oasis—right on top of the Romantic zone where restaurants, shopping, arts & beaches await. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Old World Mexico Charm

My husband and I just completed a five week stay at Casa Owaissa. The house has just the right amount of modern conveniences coupled with old style Vallarta to exceed our expectations. We spent many days lounging by the pool, cooking meals at home, and enjoying the weather. The house is also very convenient Zona Romantica

Perfect vacation

Casa Owaissa was the perfect spot for us to celebrate my wife’s 40th Birthday. The old style Mexican architecture is beautiful and exactly what we had hoped for and more. Spence, the host was great along with Norma, the house manager and Nestor the gardener. It is a tranquil, special place and Conchas Chinas is the perfect location. It’s a quick walk to beautiful Conchas Chinas beach, and walking distance or a quick $3 Uber ride to great restaurants in the Zona Romantica. A few of our favorite restaurants were La Palapa, El Dorado, Don Chavas, and Cuates y Cuetes. We will definitely book Casa Owaissa on our next visit to beautiful Puerto Vallarta.

Many Stays, Same Perfect Mexican House!

We have stayed at Casa Owaissa many times and simply cannot find a better experience in Puerto Vallarta. The house is perfect traditional Mexico, which we love. Mexican tile, wrought iron, color and open doors and windows. Huge rooms, balconies, air conditioning (wen needed) and perfect in every way. The pool area is exceptional: full of plants, birds, views of the ocean and great sun! Full time support from Norma and Nestor means that you are safe, catered to and things are super clean. In many stays over many years we have never had critter issues or cleanliness issues…it’s really perfect. We would not stay anywhere else.

Very nice home!

This is a beautiful home and a lovely neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay. Norma and Nestor were very on point checking in every day. Perhaps a little bit too on point L O L. We were on vacation and did not always enjoy the 9 to 10 AM wake up from them. The passage to the home above this one also goes directly through the pool area and passed the kitchen window, which can be disconcerting, especially early in the morning. Or if one is trying to enjoy the pool privately. For the most part the house was beautifully clean, however, there are obvious signs of insects and rodents This is completely understandable given the beautiful and open nature of this lovely home. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.
