It is not under the sea, but it is nestled in a serene, low-traffic area of Watercolor, this home offers a peaceful retreat, just moments away from Camp Watercolor with its lazy river and multiple water slides. The green space just outside the front porch is perfect for families to unwind, watch children play, or enjoy a fun game on the lawn. Featuring cathedral ceilings and a chef's kitchen equipped with luxury appliances such as a Sub Zero refrigerator and Wolf Range, Bikini Bottom provides the ultimate 30A vacation experience. The main house boasts a beautifully appointed master bedroom and two additional bedrooms, all with king-size beds. The upstairs loft, complete with twin bunks, offers a cozy spot for two children. Adjacent to the main house is the lovely carriage house, offering extra privacy for guests. This intimate retreat includes a guest bedroom with a queen bed, a sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Conveniently located just minutes from the beach, restaurants, and Publix, Bikini Bottom offers a slightly secluded, yet practical getaway. With its family-friendly community and ample outdoor space, this home is perfect for families with children.

NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not allow more than 13 guests in this home at any time, and they will not issue more than 13 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made.
Golf Carts NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. If your home has a golf cart, that serves as your one allowable golf cart. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.
Parking Bikini Bottom has designated parking for up to 3 guest vehicles. Two in the driveway and one in front of the garage. Vehicles are not allowed in the garage. Vehicle registration is required prior to arrival.
Reservation/Booking Policy ***The cancellation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancellation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancellations.

Best value in watercolor - such a great location within 5 minutes of camp watercolor, but on a quiet culdesac with a perfect green space out front for the kids. Including the low speed vehicle and bikes is huge - and so rare to get access to a garage for storage and parking. House is well equipped - loved the Wolf oven and both drip coffee and Keurig options in the kitchen. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable beach week
House is exactly as described. Well stocked kitchen. Beds and linens very comfortable. Maintenance showed up quickly to repair minor fix with carriage house A/C. Front porch swing was our favorite spot. Golf cart and bikes were a great addition and much appreciated. Would stay again.

The house was in a great location and we loved the area! But as others have said the cottage house is not actually usable due to the overwhelming smell of mold. The house also doesn’t come well stocked. One roll of toilet paper for example. Very stiff towels ( I would recommend bringing your own)

The carriage house has been tested and does not have mold. Because the condo is not occupied full-time, it can occasionally develop a musty smell due to limited air circulation, which can happen in many seasonal or coastal properties.
To proactively address this, the homeowners have installed both a dehumidifier and an air purifier to ensure the space remains fresh and comfortable for all future guests.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience and encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can address any concerns right away.

The room above the garage smelled like mold the entire stay. No one could stay in that room, and we had to double bunk in the main house. The AC was not on when we arrived. We were hoping that by turning it on, it would help waft the smell away. After each night, we checked. The room was not something anyone would want to occupy. Luckily the neighborhood is so wonderful, we made it work. But this was a major inconvenience and ruined the experience to a major degree.
