Cet apt spectaculaire. a été entiÚrement rénové, il dispose de deux chambres et deux salles de bain complÚtes.
A l'intérieur de l'ESJ MARE récemment rénové (anciennement ESJ AZUL).
Pas un seul détail a été manqué, la cuisine complÚte a tout ce dont vous avez besoin et plus, laveuse et sécheuse, lave-vaisselle.
Les lits sont dotés d'un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme et d'un lux ultra doux. draps, vous verrez que vous restez dans un magazine apt.!
Notre piscine a été entiÚrement rénovée aprÚs Maria, avec un nouveau bar et un service de boissons et de boissons au bord de la piscine, nous partageons les commodités de l'hÎtel!
Vous pouvez marcher Ă  absolument tout, Isla Verde a la meilleure plage de San Juan, grands restaurants et Ă©picerie, pharmacie, etc sont tous Ă  distance de marche.
Nous avons une belle vue partielle sur l'océan et nous faisons face à la magnifique terrasse de la piscine située sur le toit du bùtiment récemment construit de VERDE MARE, éclairé la nuit, vue directe, magnifique!
Nous incluons Ă©galement un parking gratuit.

Family visit

We traveled to PR to celebrate niece graduation from high school. Check in process was easy. Conveniently located to beach and stores. The apartment had necessary things to cook. It was nice that their were some beach chairs for us to use as well. I would use this location in future.

Awesome stay!

Gia was quick to answer any questions we had even before we arrived in Puerto Rico. The apartment was beautiful and clean as described. There are numerous beautiful breakable decorations which were not appropriate to keep near our curious one year old. We simply transferred them to the dining room table when we arrived and avoided disaster. Lol. The kitchen is equipped with anything you need and there’s even a washer and dryer. The apartment’s temperature was kept nice and cool and the rooms’ ceiling fans also helped keep everything comfortable. The beach is directly accessible from the building We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

The room was in a great location. Beach was great and it had parasailing, jet skis and banana boat. Not from the airport and San Juan. It had two nice size bedrooms and two bathrooms. Loved that it had waver and dryer.

We had an absolutely AMAZING time!!!!

Renting from Gia was very good, she was very, professional, sent all information in a timely manner & made great recommendations. The condo was as advertised, clean, comfortable, cozy, great location (you literally step out of the building and onto the beach)!! Close to great food, restaurants .. we would definitely rent this place again!!! Thanks Gia!!!!

Beautiful Property! Excellent Communication! Great Location!

The condo is impressive, super clean, spacious with beautiful views both inside and out located right on the beach! The building is also clean and we felt safe and secure! The beach is one of the nicer beaches, close to restaurants, bars, super market, fast food, pharmacy
. The owner is very attentive to details and amenities she provides to make the stay easy and stress free! Most importantly the owner responds to any and all questions or needs no matter how big or small very quickly. This was our first time going through VRBO and the owner made the process very comfortable and easy, answered all of our questions, provided many suggestions on things to do. Went above and beyond to give us specific names and phone numbers for local restaurants, tours and food trucks. My family and I are looking forward to coming back!!! Thank you Gia from the bottom of my heart for helping us make wonderful memories and sharing your beautiful home!!!

Perfect for us

The condo was perfect for us. Convenient to the airport, old San Juan and El Yunque rain forest. We loved the beach and the pool, and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. The owner was very receptive to our questions.

Wonderful Spot!

The apartment inside looked exactly like the pictures. The rooms were very nice. The host was very responsive. It was disappointing that the pool closed at 6pm. I think the property manager should invest in lighting around the pool area to keep it open later.

Super clean 2 bed 2 bath

This is a true 2 bathroom, which is awesome!! The property is super clean, steps to a nice warm beach, and the pool is excellent with cabanas and all! Right next to the fairmont San Juan and super close to the airport. Owner is an excellent communicator, kitchen fully stocked with everything u need and there is even shampoo, conditioner, and soap dispensers in the bathrooms!

Construction noises were a problem. Noisy A/C ruined patio.

Would avoid due to construction in floor and inability to use outside area when A/C on without going deaf.

Best VRBO

The unit that we stayed in is very clean, inviting and large enough for family of 4. Gia Gutt (the owner) was very accommodating, responsive and the price is reasonable. The property is on the beach. If you like to spend your time on the beach, this is the right place to stay. I don't have anything negative to say about the unit and the owner. The only suggestion that I want to make is for the building to replace the hallway carpets. It is dirty and pretty old. Overall, the property is a great location. If I ever go back to PR again, I will still at the same property and unit. Thank you Gia Gutt for a great accommodation experience. Your unit is highly recommended.
