The place is very well and beautifully kept. The view is spectacular! You can check out the air traffic into the airport, which it is a nice thing to do at night while you enjoy a good Medalla or your favorite refreshment. You can see the mountains and how the rain clouds dance with the sun, and you can check on their beauty at night with so many sarkling lights. The apartment has super easy access with very friendly staff, security guards and residents who all welcome you. The beach is spectacular. The host has beach chairs and even a cooler so you don't go thirsty. But there are several umbrella and beach chair rentals just steps from the beach gate, oh, and really low prices (hint: the Embassy guy with the tangerine umbrellas includes free beach towels with the rental). But no worries, your host also has nice, clean and new beach towels in the apartment too. Everything is comfortable and clean, from the very nice bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen, beautiful living room, and balcony. All and all, a 10 out of 10. I will definetey return. Just my final thought on ocean view versus citiy/moutain view. Ocean view is always beautiful during the day, but I personally find it a little bit "boring" during the night. That is why in this area in Isla Verde, with a very lively scene on Avenida Isla Verde, I find the citiy/mountain view more appealing because after a whole day on the beach or visiting sites, I like to sit in the balcony and enjoy the view. The host? Awesome!!!

A beautiful location literally at the beach. Easy access to restaurants and Uber services as well. The host was very receptive and attentive when we had questions. Check in and check out was simple. We would love to make this an annual visit.

Excellent property

The place is very nice. Have everything u need. Close the restaurant and grocery stores.The only we not too happy is because the apartment is in the side the street, the noisy to the bar cross the street,the music, cars,the police to 5 am is impossible, we not sleeping to well.

First time to PR

Just as advertised. Can get to the beach from the room within minutes. The pool was fabulous. The condo was clean, well equipped, and perfect for our party of 5. The kids are already asking to go back.

First time stay

This was our first time in Puerto Rico and this was a great introduction. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of good options, beach and pool right downstairs. Our check-in was tricky at first because it was late and we had a bit of a hard time finding the building, but I called the host and he picked up right away to help get us where we’re needed to go. We would stay here again.

Great Condo

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. The condo had all the necessary amenities and it is clear that the host is very responsive to previous comments of guests as did not want for any items that other guests felt were lacking. I highly recommend this condo.

GREAT CONDO IN ISLA VERDE

Perfect condo with terrace overlooking city and mountains. Location is ideal for Isla Verde restaurants and shops. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of extras like beach chairs, cooler etc. Samsung TVs have lots of free channels and In unit washer / dryer is nice for wet beach towels. Building is very safe with a pool and playground and direct beach access where they also rent chairs and umbrellas. Larry was easy to communicate with. Highly recommended. I would rent again next year if available, (Note pictures are accurate but must have been taken at night because the condo has plenty of sunlight during the day.)

Fantastic space, convenient to airport and the beach

Fantastic communication, and super friendly. The condo was in great shape, and the property was overall decent. Convenient to some great restaurants. The bars across the street go all night, so if you are a light sleeper it could be rough. But noise never bothered me. Would absolutely rent again.

Exceeded expectations!

Property is great, right on the beach. Owner responded very quickly and was very gracious and friendly with a special request we made of him. Beach chairs (low riders) were a plus. Would stay again for sure.

Pretty good stay

The property is on the beach with easy access, security and all we needed. It is not beach facing. Lots of food places across the road. We found Walgreens particularly helpful. We wish there are more instructions on WiFi and how to turn on hot water in shower because they are not intuitive. I

Best vacation ever

Everything was exactly like the pictures on this site...Everything was clean to perfection. Location was great! Right on the beach and everything was near by... i had a rental however didnt need it much.. Walgreens across thacross the street....

Beautiful beach

The building looked a bit run down, as did the neighborhood. As other reviewers have said, it was loud, but it only kept me up one night, but I think people were watching a big World Cup game. The apartment itself was spotless and modern. Communication was great, larry answered all my issues promptly. The beach is absolutely beautiful. And yes, you are really right on the beach. Cons were the lock to the balcony doors didn’t work so my husband had to battle with it every time he wanted to go in or out. Definitely not enough towels or toilet paper for four people. (Meaning only one beach and one bath towel per person). But overall I would recommend it and I would stay again, definitely worth it, especially to have a full kitchen and a separate sleeping area for our kids.

Comfortable, convenient condo

Our family of 2 older teens and 2 adults had a lovely time! The condo is in a great location for beach and restaurants and so close to the airport without a lot of airplane noise. The condo is clean and had everything we needed and then some! Wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Perfect vacation condo!

We had a great stay at this condo. The kitchen had all the pots, pans and utensils for doing breakfast there. The view of the city with the planes coming in was great! We walked to some awesome restaurants and bars so no need to rent a car. When needed, we Ubered to Old San Juan or to the Ocean Lab Brewery. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful for a Family Vacation

This condo was wonderful for our family with a 7 year old and a 17 year old. Check in was super easy and responsiveness of host was prompt when questions arose. The beach was absolutely amazing! If you were to imagine the perfect beach with the perfect rolling waves with the perfect water temperature, this is the beach you would be imagining. Had it not been unusually hot and sunny (well over 100 degrees the entire week) we may have spent every day in the ocean. The condo itself was as described. Nothing fancy, but it was nice and clean and cozy. The king bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Our boys had no complaints about their beds either. The shower could use a full door to keep the water from saturating the bathroom rug, but we just tucked used beach towels along the shower edge to contain the water. The patio door was difficult to secure the lock but my husband had the muscles to do it. The view wasn't anything impressive... a vacant lot, a Walgreens and a restaurant (with the bay and mountains in the distance)... but we would've splurged for an ocean view if that mattered to us. The Walgreens across the street was super convenient. Pizza City across the street was open 24 hours and had great pizza, sandwiches and Puerto Rican food. We opted for Uber to go to restaurants farther down the street since the weather was so hot. Had it been typical temps, walking would've been fine. Overall, this was a great place to enjoy our vacation. I would go back :)

Good location

Good comfortable bed; good for 2 kids. No functioning washer dryer so bring coins to use laundromat in basement! Host provided various beach items and other essentials! Responsive host!

Great Location/Amenities

1st stay in PR.... Great location, very nice accomodations. Street below gets noisy, but hey, its a vacation spot. Larry was very helpful and attentive. The beautiful beach is steps away - five stars!
