Villa Valo is a brand-new build, only a few months old. This is the first time it is available for rental.

Set in the hills and surrounded by Costa Rican jungle, Villa Valo offers everything you need for a great vacation. It is perfect for lovers of architecture and minimalist interiors. Every detail here is adapted for functionality, and nothing distracts from the surrounding nature and spectacular views.

The property is located in a private gated community with guards and security. The private driveway brings you to the beautiful property with outside parking area that can host up to 4 cars easily. The Villa sits 125 meters above sea level in one of the most beautiful areas of Guanacaste and right in the middle of one of the five Blue Zones on this planet. The quiet and unspoiled beach of San Juanillo (rated by Conde Nast Traveler as one of the 10 most beautiful beaches worldwide) is only a 15-minute drive away.

The entire property extends over 2 levels and spreads out over 1400 sq. ft (130 sq. m). The floor plan is open and airy with walls of sliding glass that allow perfect indoor/outdoor entertainment and living. Marvel as howler monkeys dine amid flowering trees and vibrant flocks of exotic birds paint the sky with their graceful dances. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and dragonflies service the lush poolside garden.

The lower level features a living area with a fully-equipped open kitchen, large dining table, seating area with Smart-TV, patios, half-bath and an amazing infinity pool. In one of the closets, you will find a washing machine and a dryer. The sofa in the living area can be converted into a comfortable king-size bed. In the kitchen you will find all the comforts you know from home: dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven. The kitchen is also equipped with all the dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils you need for cooking.

The spacious master bedroom is on the upper level of the villa and offers resort-style luxury with a king-size bed, Smart-TV, walk-in closet, spacious bathroom with trendy shower and 2 sinks. There is also a spacious terrace with seating - a perfect place to start the day with a coffee and enjoy breath-taking views of the ocean and the mountains.

With a king-size bed in the bedroom and a convertible solid-wood sofa bed in the living room, the maximum capacity of Villa Valo is 4 people. (There is also a comfortable fold-out bed suitable for one child.)

The house is designed with modern features and is carefully decorated to offer most comfort and coziness. Each room is equipped with air conditioning and the house has high-speed internet throughout. The house is also equipped with a water sanitizing and filtration system. There is a separate back-up water tank to ensure continued supply, even throughout shortages of water.

The helpful property manager lives only 10 minutes. He will personally handle the check in/check out. He is easily accessible through WhatsApp to help with any questions and reservations to ensure the most enjoyable time at Villa Valo. For example, a private chef, massage therapist or baby sitter can be arranged for your enjoyment.

You will receive detailed directions to the house, and/or a shuttle booking from the nearest airport in Liberia to the Villa. You will also receive a list of all the supermarkets, bars, restaurants and activities nearby. You may also start your vacation with a fully-stocked fridge if you choose to send a list of groceries.

Four of the most beautiful beaches (Playa San Juanillo, Playa Ostional, Playa Marbella and Playa Azul) can be reached in 10 - 25 minutes. A nearby town of Nosara is well-known surfing, yoga, healing/wellness destination. There are also many of fabulous restaurants and bars to discover. You may spend your days savoring the serenity of the house or might decide to venture out to discover more Costa Rican adventures. From Canopy tours or horseback riding in the wild, fishing, turtle watching, surfing or relaxing on the beach, your stay will be memorable.

There is a 6-day minimum booking requested. We offer special prices for monthly requests. We do not rent out for weekends only. We highly recommend a 4-wheel drive car during your stay.
