This waterfront, second story, 2 bed, 2 bath condo has been fully renovated with high-end finishes and thoughtful touches for an exceptional stay. You'll find all the comforts of home along with views of the water, marine life, and sunset skies from the private balcony. Centrally located, this condo is walking distance to Madeira Beach, R.O.C. Park, restaurants, bars, and shops. Guests also have free access to the complex's two heated pools and fishing dock.

The condo includes the following rooms and amenities:
Primary bedroom:
Water views, a king sized bed, quiet ceiling fan, dresser, and an en suite bathroom with a lighted mirror, closet, and walk-in shower.
Guest bedroom:
Queen sized bed, Twin XL bunk bed, quiet ceiling fan , dresser, and closet.
Living room:
Sectional sofa. Smart TV with basic cable. Private balcony access to water views.
Guest bathroom:
Full bathroom with lighted mirror and walk-in shower.
Kitchen:
Fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. Includes a microwave, Keurig, toaster, reverse osmosis water purifier, electric range, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher. Dining seating for six.
Balcony:
Seating for four, including two Adirondack chairs and a high top table with two stools.
Beach gear:
Beach/Pool towels and four beach chairs.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to the entire condo as well as community amenities which include two heated pools and a fishing dock.
Guests also have access to R.O.C. Park including tennis/pickle ball courts, basketball courts, baseball diamonds, splash pad, and a playground adjacent to condo complex.
Grocery, pharmacy, shops, dining and the beach are all within walking distance.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
A one week minimum is required to book. Longer stays are welcomed.
Guests wishing to bring a boat, and use the boat lift during their stay, must inquire about availability. Please note that there is no boat trailer parking available.
This is a second floor condo that requires guests to climb a flight of stairs. The property does not have an elevator. Additionally, both bathrooms require a step up to access the showers, and the en suite bathroom requires a step up to access the toilet.
Guests may experience noise from construction work being completed due to hurricane damage in surrounding units.
The complex does not allow pets. Guests who have a service animal, trained to perform a specific task related to a disability, must contact the host prior to arrival so that the service animal can be registered with the complex. Please note that Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are not permitted.
There is free parking on premises for one vehicle. Guests will be required to register their vehicle with the host prior to arrival.
We take cleanliness very seriously. You wonât have to guess as to whether or not throw blankets, shams, etc have been washed before your arrival. All linens are washed, and throw pillows/throws disinfected, between guests.
