Beautiful house right on the river

Stayed here 4 nights for my husband's birthday. Great location with phenomenal river view!! Large patio very convenient for family gathering. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Owner is super kind and very easy to work with. Thank you for the very pleasant stay! Lolo

We have rented many other river homes in bullhead city on Riverside Dr but there was definitely a very comfortable home feeling to this house. Very well explained instructions and contact made easy to Kathy. Will be back next year

Family vacation

It was so perfect and beautiful .. there was everything in the kitchen we needed .. the back yard / patio was just what we wanted for BBQ and family games .. it was so easy to rent seadoos and bring them over to dock in front of the house .. Definitely recommend this stay for everyone ! :)

Awesome river property

Check in and communication with property manager was great, no complaints at all, property was nice and clean, the view and the river were amazing, either playing in the river or enjoying a drink on the dock at sunset. Thank you again

Our 2nd stay

We love the location on the water. The dock is amazing to just chill and hang out on. The area on the water is protected by a little island so swimming out of the dock area is easy and safe. The house is cute and the outside space is nice. Love this house.

Best spot on the River

Everything was excellent as always. A little trash overflow from the previous renters but I contacted Kathy, she responded immediately and had an instant solution. We love this place on the river! .

Fantastic spot on the water!

What a great little find, this gem of a home was perfect for our family get away! The convenience of the dock made our trip so much more enjoyable. The backyard is stunning and the house is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities! Loved our stay and hope to book again!

River heaven

As a family we have been going to the river for many family vacations. This was our first time renting a house on the river. The views are amazing. The dock was our hang out spot. Was only 1.5 hrs from our home in Vegas which made it super convenient. The house was cute. Nice beds to sleep in. Room for lots of people. Room for large blow up beds if needed for extra sleeping room. The deck on the property was nice to sit at after dark. The covered patio was enjoyable too. The river in this area is shallow. We took our boat but where unable to launch it due to water levels. Overall we loved it and would love to go back for much longer.
