Key Features:
- Private Pool & Hot Tub: Enjoy your own outdoor oasis with a large private pool, hot tub, and misters for those warm desert days. Spa heating included in your stay. Pool heating available for an additional fee. The pool is a great amenity, however, it does not have a fence or isolation barrier. Therefore, continuous and active adult supervision is always required, particularly for children and weak swimmers. Implementing "touch supervision" for non-swimmers is recommended, meaning an adult should be within arm's reach while in or around the pool area. There is no lifeguard on duty, and all guests swim at their own risk. Diving is not permitted. Note that flotation devices like pool noodles and water wings are not safety devices and do not prevent drowning.
- Outdoor Entertainment: Unwind by the outdoor TV around the fire pit, bbq a nice meal, or relax by the pool. You can also play family-friendly games like cornhole or practice your swing on your own private putting green.

Unfortunately, no pets allowed on property at all. My son has severe allergies to dogs (even hypoallergenic breeds).
