Quick trip to AZ and this place was a good spot for our family. Easy access and close to shops and restaurants.

We didn’t have a good experience. The bathtub was covered with hard water deposits. It looked dirty. We asked for more towels, and was told no. We were (2 people, 3 nights) four thin towels. The first night we were there we could not find a place to park in the gated community. We ended up parking on the street. We tried to call regarding this. We had been given a wrong phone number and did not reach anyone that could help. The upstart had a spiral staircase. No bathroom upstairs. I’m so glad I didn’t need to go to the bathroom at 3am! Sheets were stained. We have pictures of all this. No light by the beds.

Quiet, simple and comfortable

Great location if you are needing to stay in Tempe area. Entry at night requires gate code so very safe. Did not cook at property however seems to have everything you’d need.

This property was close to the airport and people we were visiting, a good value and in a gated community. The host was very responsive and check in on us. The home was clean with the basic necessities.

Just okay

Just okay. Touts that it’s near AZ Mill mall, but mall is much to be desired. You will definitely want to drive elsewhere to shop.Only three bath towels. Cookware, but no baking sheets. Downstairs bed had NO support, had to sleep on couch. Did not sleep week for four nights. Pillows were flat as a board and no extras provided. No Kleenex, had to buy our own. Owner said poll was heated but only the hot tub was available. Batteries were dead on remote for tv, also was unable to add our own subscription channels to Roku, asked for pin but was not provided it. Check in was easy, owner was flexible with check in, nice gated community and overall was an okay place to stay, but definitely not a place to kick back and relax. Only the one uncomfortable couch, two kitchen island chairs. No recliner. Basically just a place to sleep and for 180 a night was not worth it for the three of us that stayed there.

I would like to like this unit

There were many things that the host could include in the apartment that would make it a lot more homey. For example, another LR chair, a table lamp (I bought one at the Goodwill and left it in the apartment for the next renters), storage space (chests) in the bedrooms for clothes, soap for dishwasher, a bath mat (I bought one and left it in the apartment for next renters), dish rack, kleenex, clean air filter (I replaced a very dirty air filter and told the home\\st that it should be replaced monthly), a functioning TV remote (I discussed with host and she made no effort to provide a remote that worked), functioning doorbell, functioning outdoor porch light, functioning microwave (the glass tray does not rotate), etc. I had a conversation with the host about some of these things, but they should have been provided or fixed prior to our stay and without my having to ask.Important note: The unit is on the second floor a fact not mentioned in the VRBO ad.So, again, I would like to like this unit, but it seemed from our first step in the unit that the owner did not know how to make it homey. I am certain I will not stay at this unit again.

This is a very good economical option in a very convenient Tempe location -In n Out, Starbucks and spectacular hiking trails are within walking distance; Angels spring trading games are a 5 minute drive. It provided us everything we could expect for 150/day.
