Boardwalk 1086 vous donnera des souvenirs pour durer toute une vie! Ce condo avant golfe de 2 chambres au 10e étage, est au coeur de Gulf Shores, et a une vue imprenable sur le sable blanc nacré. Profitez de la vue sur la plage depuis le salon confortablement moderne doté d'une télévision à écran plat et de parquet. La cuisine a de beaux comptoirs en granit et tous les éléments essentiels nécessaires pour préparer un délicieux repas fait maison. Il y a des sièges pour 4 personnes à la table à manger. Profitez de la vue imprenable depuis la chambre principale qui a un lit king size et une salle de bain principale privée avec un combo baignoire / douche. La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size, et il y a aussi un canapé-lit queen size dans le salon qui permet à ce condo de dormir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Il y a une salle de bain complète avec un combo baignoire / douche dans le hall.

Ce complexe de 70 unités est au cœur des boutiques, des attractions, des divertissements et des restaurants, y compris le célèbre restaurant Sea-n-Suds sur place. À l'extérieur, profitez de la piscine côté golfe qui est chauffée à l'automne et au début du printemps seulement, d'une terrasse et d'un espace barbecue. Il y a une machine à laver et sèche-linge pleine grandeur dans le condo, ainsi que le Wi-Fi gratuit et une télévision à écran plat partout.

The beach view was great, we sat on balcony every morning and night. Our room had an odor when we walked in, and needed a mopping nothing i couldn't handle I went across street and bought Lysol, the mattresses were just ok.
The moon was just a beautiful as the sun

Great location!

This condo is in a great location! Sea n Suds is right in front which some people may not like but I loved because it was delicious. Overall it was pretty clean. The only thing I did not like is that you cannot turn the AC under 72 degrees. I would stay here again.

Cute and great location

As pictured! Well equipped unit with location close to lots.. a market and restaurants. It was quiet and parking was easy as it was off season. Staff all so pleasant and great to work with. Will definitely stay here again when we return to the gulf.

Ok, but wouldn't stay again

Pros - location! A quick walk to the market across the street & to local shops. Restaurant right on the beach in front of condo. Nice shower in master. Easy check in/ out process. Door code easy access. Shower in master was AMAZING. Cons - Dirty floors upon arrival. Balcony door doesn't open or shut good at all. Bed mattresses slept poorly. No vent in kitchen for cooking. No plug in guest tub for my kids to take a bath. Not good parking. With the valet parking for the restaurant in our lot it was very hard to get a spot in our lot. If no spots we had to park across the street. Only one pool, no kid things at all.

Very nice inside accommodations. Bathroom vent was broken and the entire outside of building needs spray washing to get the green mildew off. Elevators were out of service three times for short intervals during our four night stay. Nice balcony view from condo 1086.

Great Property, Easy Process, No major issues

We enjoyed our stay in GS. It was our first trip to the beach with our 3 year old and even though the weather wasn't the greatest he loved the beach. The condo was just as pictured and just as expected. Shower is amazing! I think I could live in it. The bed, not so much. But I never have high hopes for beds that are not mine. Just sleep in it and deal with it. Check in was right a 4 and took all of 1 minute. Check out was easy as it was automated through email. It was supposed to be done through the condo phone but we could not get it to dial out. When we come back we will definitely try to get this same unit and if not we'll try to get this same complex. It's right next to SeaNSuds. Across the street from Surf Style and not far from stores and attractions. If you have small kids and bad weather there is a zoo close by that most do not know about. That saved us on one of the cold days.
