Condo spectaculaire en bord de mer ~ Emplacement excellent !

Feel the ocean spray while reclining on the balcony! This gives you spectacular views you will not believe a condo unit can offer. This view is yours from both the living room and the master bedroom. Talk about romantic!

The Sea Matanzas rental condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed to match the king-size ocean view. The secondary bedroom also has a king-size bed!. This brings our maximum occupancy to four guests.

The kitchen contains a stove and oven, toaster, microwave, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and more. Cooking is easy while you enjoy the beach views and oceanfront dining!

The Summer Haven area is pretty remote - on a barrier island south of Fort Matanzas, just north of Marineland. People who want to 'get away' from it all really like it - only a 20-minute northerly drive to Historic Downtown, 10 minutes to St. Augustine Beach 'proper'. There are plenty of attractions near the condo – Fort Matanzas, Marineland, Fishing, State Parks, and more. Head into Saint Augustine for some history and shopping. Continue north a bit to Jacksonville, and maybe catch a Jacksonville Jaguars NFL game. Possibly a round of golf in Sawgrass Ponte Vedra or 18 holes at the World Golf Village?

Head south from the vacation rental to hit Flagler Beach, Daytona Beach, and eventually, Cape Canaveral. All within a short drive. Orlando theme parks like Disney and Universal Studios are just a day trip away. Relax at the beach, hit the theme parks, and come back for more relaxation at the beach!

We had another great stay, we did have an issue with the ac not working, but they had someone out the afternoon I called and were able to have it fixed within 24 hours of calling on memorial weekend. Our family loves staying here they provide everything you could need from beach chairs to kid toys. We look forward to staying again.

This is the perfect condo/townhouse. This may have been one of our favorite vacations. Four of us stayed here and the rest of our family stayed in a house just walking distance away. We met on the beach each day. The beach is just out the doors. It is a secluded area, which we love. There are only one or two restaurants close, but we don't mind driving 20 or so minutes to eat for the secluded beach and quiet area. The kitchen is fully stocked. The beds sleep really well, and the pictures do not do this justice. The hosts were great in their communication. We could not have asked for better.

Summer Haven and Matanzas Inlet is my happy place. The condo is right on the beach. It was clean, and the kitchen was very well stocked. There were plenty of towels, and beach items. Management always replied promptly when I had questions. We practically had the beach to ourselves, and the pool as well. We will definitely book here again.

We enjoyed our 2nd stay here. The condo is perfect and well equipped. Loved being on the beach early watching the sunrise every day. Such a great area and close to plenty of restaurants and shopping.

We love this place

This is our second time staying, very family and pet friendly. Amazing view and only steps to the beach. They have everything you would need for the beach (chairs, umbrella, nets, towels, and kids toys), fully stocked kitchen. We look forward to our next stay.

Relaxing weekend Getaway

Great beach access

This was a very well kept, clean condo with great direct beach access. Isolated beach provided a fairly private setting with minimal other beach goers, even during spring break. Nice distance to St Augustine for day trips.
