Inside we have 2 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. All decorated tastefully to give you the perfect Joshua Tree, Boho experience & Luxury Hybrid Mattresses, High-Quality Linens, Soft Pillows for the perfect nights sleep.

Ideally located next to Joshua Tree National Park, spend the day hiking the trails, exploring the desert, admiring the rugged rock formations, or just relaxing away from it all! The home is also conveniently located near to grocery stores, shopping, souvenir shops, restaurants, and nightlife venues.

Guest access
The guest has full access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We will send a code the day of check in for you to access the property for the duration of your stay. We also have a local manager who will be available should you need any assistance during your visit.
Other things to note
Pool heat (We require at least 24 hours notice before arrival):
· May- September $150/night (all nights required)
· October-April $200/night (all nights required, two night minimum)
· Spa is heated at no charge

EV Charger is a 240v outlet, please make sure to bring your charging cable if wanting to use this amenity.

You are staying in a friendly and peaceful area and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors. Please monitor your noise levels at all times. Quiet Hours are in place from 10:00pm - 8:00am

No parties and no unauthorized guests allowed. No smoking on property. Please keep food and drink in the kitchen and dining area. Do not bring it into the bedrooms.

Pets are allowed with prior approval and pet fee is required. Guests are responsible for keeping their pets on a leash around the property and picking up after their pets. Any damages caused by the pets will be the responsibility of the guest.

Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
