More of a residential setting than a beach setting, but was reasonably priced. I was pleasantly surprised with the new up to date appliances and the cleanliness of the unit. About a 10 minute drive to the beach but that was no problem.The stairs are fine unless you have mobility issues, both bedrooms are upstairs.If you’are looking for the beachfront atmosphere this is not your place,but if you want a quiet place that’s not in the middle of but close to beaches and restaurants this is a bargain. (The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Anything you can think of was there). A perfect host !!

The place was exactly what we needed for a long weekend trip to the beach. There was plenty of room for my husband, me and our dog! There were a few hiccups with some bugs but nothing crazy. The ac stopped working on our last day but it wasnt to bad, just turned on the fans! Thehost said she would get the ac guy on it. Also, the parking spot needs to badly be redone. We scraped the bottom of our car everytime we backed out. Otherwise its a great place to stay, roomy, clean and close to beaches and restaurants! In all fairness we didnt mention bugs or the driveway to the host, the place WAS clean and very nice! Bugs happen!

Easy beach access

We visited the Perdido area to visit friends and to spend time at the beach. We used the rental as a home base for our time. It was close to everything we needed- friends, grocery stores, Johnson beach.

Family Reunion with others at Orange Beach

4 adults stayed here. It was nice for us. Less expensive and kept us out of the traffic. We enjoyed the location and the neighborhood. The inside was very nice. We enjoyed sitting around visiting with each other. Will definitely consider it next time for its reasonable price, cleanliness, convenient location, and nice owner to work with.

A nice clean condo with great amenities.

This condo was very clean and spacious! It was myself, my wife and our teen son and we had plenty of room. The living room furniture was comfortable as well.The kitchen is loaded with EVERYTHING you need and want. From an espresso machine to a waffle maker! Plenty of seasonings, foil, oil and more. All utensils were there from measuring cups to cheese graters as well. One of the best stocked kitchens we have stayed in. The bedrooms featured beds that were very comfortable. They are positioned a little low to the ground (because there are no box springs) so for anyone who struggles to get up from low areas may have some problems but they were very soft and the pillows were comfortable too. The bedroom also has a nice walk in closet. The back yard is small but sufficient and features some outdoor furniture and a grill. We used the small sunroom/den for an office area and the wifi performed fine for video calls and work related items. The bathroom downstairs is a small bathroom that has a toilet and sink and makes it convenient to not have to go upstairs when needed as it sits just off the living room. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and it is not uncommon to see neighbors walking there dogs. Plenty of space to walk your dog at the end of the road. The unit is about 10 mins to the beach and close to many parks.
