DETAILED DESCRIPTION

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared patio, yard and laundry.

*This 2 unit property, previously a single family home, consists of a main unit and a secondary suite. Some noise does travel from one unit to the other.

Military discount available cannot be combined with other discounts.


PARKING
There is one off street parking space for you, plus plenty of free street parking.





OUTDOOR SPACES (shared)

Covered patio with dining table, and additional chairs.

A portion of the backyard is fenced, there's a fire pit, benches, and an outdoor dining table inside the fenced area! It's a great area to hang with your dogs.

This area is in the rear of the lot, your unit does not open into it.

We are happy to consider additional pets, just ask! We do not have species, breed, or size restrictions.
Your pet will likely encounter other animals during they stay since this is a 2 unit property, so we cannot accommodate reactive or aggressive animals.
The pet fee is for interior cleaning, and you will need to pick up any presents your pet deposits in the yard! We charge $75 if there's poop left behind.

This was our first visit to the Pensacola area and we loved it! The Good Vibes house was perfect, located in very quiet (older) neighborhood and fenced in backyard for the pups. The king sized bed in bedroom 1 was very comfortable. Everything we wanted to do in the area was minutes drive from the house. Home was very clean, the only thing we needed to bring was our food.

Great month long stay!

This spot was perfect for a month long work stay in Pensacola - close to everything and and well-equipped for cooking in the home. We enjoyed having the patio and backyard area during our visit!

Quiet & Convenient

Main purpose of this trip was to do some fishing & play golf. Location was centrally located to everywhere. The area was very quiet at night. Very little traffic on the street.

Great dog friendly property in quiet neighborhood

The place was great for an extended stay home,I stayed for a month and the house had everything I needed including washer/dryer. Very pet friendly including a small backyard.

This condo is not too big, or too little. It's just right. Great for those looking for a quiet oasis, while on vacation in a fun location. I would definitely recommend this location.

Great place, the amount of provided amenities was more than I’ve ever experienced- well-stocked would be an understatement. The yard and patio area were great. Definitely would suggest to anyone. All in all, More than I would’ve ever expected - 5 stars!

Great location & experience

This mid-century property is in great shape & in a great location for all of the downtown & waterfront attractions. Whatever you forgot to bring with you will be in this house for you to use. I’ve never seen a property stocked like this! This was our 1st time really exploring Pensacola & we would stay here again.

Home away from home

I have stayed in many rentals but one never as well stocked as this one. The Pareot House delivered all the comforts of home. Absolutely adorable & quiet location. 5 miles from NES. Thank you, Rondi and team for making our family comfortable during our time of mourning.

Super Hospitality +++

Property was clean and safe. Owner on-site and very helpful. King bed had a new memory foam mattress and very comfortable. A/C worked great in the extreme heat and humidity. My family was there to see my son graduate on the base, and his orders changed at the last minute cutting our trip short. The owners went above and beyond to accommodate us in ways we did not expect. Just what we needed

First the property owner and team were exceptional! Communication was beyond fabulous and such quick responses. I read all the reviews and everyone saying how there wasn't anything you needed that wasn't supplied. Ok beyond anything I could have imagined they we all correct. It almost became a game to see if there was something we could come up. Well we lost that game it's all there. Being able to have our dog with us for the month was perfect and I felt very safe going for walks in the neighborhood. And the neighbors were all friendly! It's not fancy, it's just right. Thanks Rondi for your thoughtfulness putting this rental together.

All that and more

This property is relaxing and is taken care of in such a way that you feel at home. Anything we needed, for the most part, was available. The backyard and side porch were really nice for our little ones. I so appreciate that dishwashing soap and laundry detergent and toiletries were all included. There were more than enough towels for a few days, yet easy to throw in a load of laundry when needed. I'd stay here again if in the area.

I love this house!

We were both blown away by the cuteness and comfort of this little 2 bedroom duplex. This place has everything you need! Plenty of bath/personal care products to use in the well-stocked bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need as well. It'll be like you never left all of the conveniences you'd find at your own home. So, for about the price of a plain old 2-star hotel room, you can stay in a fully stocked house. Oh, and did I mention there is a closet full of beach gear, campfire supplies, a big yard, patio and gas grill? We put most of that to use during our 4 day stay. There were vacationers staying in the adjacent unit in the duplex, and they could not have been nicer. We plan on returning to P-cola for future visits, and will definitely look to stay here again.
