Perfect size for the two of us! We enjoyed riding our bikes into town, but also being far enough away that it was not super busy and crowded!

Great stay! The included bikes were nice to be able to explore the area and having a pool so close was nice. The home was very clean and nice and Watercolor itself has lots to offer and is in a great location to explore neighboring developments such as Seaside.

We loved our stay at the carriage house! Everything was exactly as described. We enjoyed using the free Watercolor trolley and also walked to nearby restaurants. We rented beach chairs at Watercolor Beach Club and had a great time. Everyone was so friendly. We'll be back.

This place is absolutely beautiful - exactly as shown in pictures. The location was great and close to everything. Contact with the host was easy and he was so responsive. I will definitely look forward to coming back and hopefully get to stay in this property again. Thanks for everything!!!

Great weekend getaway space. It was clean, bright, updated decor, comfortable bed and nice shower. Perfect for a couple. Only suggestions would be small microwave and toaster, second towel bar and robe hooks in bathroom and window shade on front door for privacy. But we’ll come back definitely. Thanks.

I brought my 2 daughters to Watercolor for an end of summer celebration. This carriage house was perfect for 2-3 people. Walking distance to Camp Watercolor, easy drive to Publix and a convenient trolley ride to the Beach Club. We would love to stay there again.

We had the BEST stay at this carriage house during our trip to WaterColor. The location was perfect and the accommodations were very comfortable, clean, and well taken care of. We rode the bikes most places and really enjoyed our time at the WaterColor Beach Club. We did not realize when we initially booked this VRBO that wristband access was included- it was amazing! We would absolutely plan to stay here again! Of note, we texted Mike a couple times with questions and he was incredibly kind and helpful. (:

Water Color Meetings

Very nice, excellent value, convenient to Water Color Lakehouse venue - great walking, running paths, trails. Quick drive or walk to everything.

Charming Carriage House in Watercolor

We absolutely loved the carriage house! It is a beautiful and private space with plenty of room to stretch out and the small kitchen was a added bonus. The included covered parking and close proximity (about a block) to Camp Watercolor was great! We loved the walking the property and have been fans of Watercolor for a long time and would definitely stay again at the carriage house with it's access to all the Watercolor amenities.

Probably the lowest cost Apt in WC

This is probably the lowest cost stay in WC. Note, the apartment currently has a refrigerator, yet no washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, nor hot plate. It is similar to a Hotel room amenities. We were glad to find it at a reduced cost, and would consider for a short stay in the future.

The owner ghosted us

The owner didn't send check in instructions, so at 5:00 pm on the night we were supposed to check in, I began repeatedly messaging him/her but to no avail. The owner never replied. We did, however, get VRBO involved, and they got us a refund after they also could not get the owner to reply to them. I would NOT recommend this property/its owner.

Beautiful property with access to the water inn beach club, the trolley, so clean, accessible, close to everything. Mike, the host, is extremely kind and communicative and prepared. It is the perfect place to vacation. My husband and I are eager to come back soon!!
