Amazing view from the eleventh floor and right on the beach. We enjoyed the large hot tub and the staff were friendly and helpful. The condo is newly re-furnished and has a partially updated bathroom. The kitchen, however, has old and grungy appliances. It’s difficult to actually cook in it and it needs a deep cleaning.

Fun little getaway

Cute little one bedroom condo with great view of the ocean! Kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. Our pup loved the little dog space.

I've stayed at this resort at least five times. This room was the nicest and cleanest I've booked. Great 11th floor views. Simple, modern decor. Washer and dryer a bonus. Accommodating host. Good communications.

Cozy place, clean, plenty of room and has all essentials!

We have stayed at Ocean Park many times, but this unit was the best we have ever stayed in. It has been updated and was clean. There are several views of the Ocean and the bed was very comfortable. Definitely will book this condo again.

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. We didn't really get to enjoy the balcomy as much we would have liked, due to the neighbors constantly smoking, being oceanfront made it bareable. One thing that was wrong. We couldn't use the downstairs restrooms. This is our third stay in Myrtle Beach, by far the cleanest, but we were able to use the building facilities in the other hotels.

Room wasn’t really clean - bandaids on the floor (that weren’t ours), hair in bathroom, dirty behind the Murphy bed. Both bathroom and kitchen sinks clogged with water at each use. Shower head was so strong, my kids could barely shower. Room was described as “newly renovated” but it felt old. Some new elements but definitely not newly renovated. Appreciate that beach chairs and beach towels were available for use as it originally said on the listing that those were not available. But not nearly as nice as described on the listing.

Family vacation

Check in process was great and easy. Fantastic veiw from balcony. Great location. Beds were comfortable. Pull down bed had dog hair all over it. Bathroom floor is coming undone. Drawers and doors has screws holding them together. The elevators are awful, waiting and waiting for the elevators were ridiculous. Pools were awesome. Was not crowded. Staff was all very nice. There’s no smoking on the property but all we could smell was weed all over the property and seeing staff smoking in parking garage. Where we had to go to sidewalk or the beach to smoke. Overall was very pleased. Really enjoyed that we could take our dog. We loved the doggie spa at the resort. We took our dog on our last day and they did such a great job and so friendly

Do not book this place! Arrived on a Saturday notified the owner that the internet would not work. They sent a man on Sunday who was nice but couldn’t get it to work. The girl I was talking with sent her husband which I found weird he got it to connect it lasted about an hour then nothing. Had no tv or internet the entire time. The place is not updated it is very run down the air conditioner in the bedroom was loud and the sheets were piling. There are only 2 elevators for the resort so it was always a wait. The place designated for walk your pet was a tiny lil area in the basement. I asked to be moved to a unit that had working internet at the very least but was told there was nothing available. Then I asked for a refund so that I could look for another suitable place and was told every day it was under review. I wound up leaving 2 days early simply because I was over it! At least a partial refund should be given!
