Our stay at this property was outstanding and a first class experience. Right from the check in to regular communications to the host's grace in accommodating a late check out, the experience was very positive and made the stay a pleasure. The property is clean, well maintained and in a good neighborhood with good access to various amenities nearby. We also had several packages delivered without issues which goes to show the safety of the neighborhood. Highly recommend!

Great place for family & perfect location

We were in MD for a lacrosse tournament and this place was so close to the fields. So much space for our family to spread out & relax between games. Quiet neighborhood, easy anccess, parking in front, and very close to restaurants/ shopping. We will be back next weekend for another tournament and highly recommend this place to others. Host was constantly in touch throughout our stay.

I had a grate stay, host was very communicative and made check in very easy. House is super nice loved the master bedroom because it had cute pink lighting the neighborhood was nice and quite so it was a fun quite getaway with my siblings and our spouses

Excellent stay in Germantown

It was an easy check-in to Nusrat's home, and she is extremely responsive about our queries. My husband and I stayed for one night in this very attractive and spacious townhouse, conveniently located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The layout - the loft in the master suite is amazingly and we loved all the space in the house. The living room was very comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils. Nusrat left out a nice spread of treats and water! This was very appreciated!! The house was very clean and there were plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and a good parking situation. The beds were comfortably, and we also appreciated access to laundry.This place had a great amount of space for that price. We will return again when we are in the Washington DC neighborhood or in Maryland.

Great potential but needs a really good cleaning.

Great potential but needs a really good cleaning. Check-in was very easy and the owner was extremely responsive. We had some requests regarding short falls in the kitchen and she was there immediately the first evening with the additional cutlery and a new coffee pot. A few days later she returned as we requested a teapot and can opener and she also brought additional dish towels and cleaning cloths.. She could not have been nicer. However, we expressed our opinion that the house was rather dirty and she was rather dismayed. She does the cleaning herself. She felt the cleaning was adequate and offered to come and re-mop the floors. We declined this however as the issue was not so much remopping the floors. The areas around much of the baseboards were quite dirty with old hairs and dirt on the floor and in the corners of the bathroom.The bathtub and showers are old and needed a more thorough clean. There were cobwebs in some of the corners in the kitchen and the stovetop grill and walls/cupboards around the stove were soiled with old cooking residue and grease. We are sorry we cannot give this house a better rating as the house itself is quite attractive with great amenities and the owner was very helpful. It just needs a really good professional clean to bring it up to standard.
