Prime Location: Mountain views - just a 1 minute walk to access seven miles of sandy beaches or restaurants, local markets, bars, ice cream shops, shopping and more. It’s an ideal location to explore the coast or just unwind and relax.
The space
Modern Comforts: Fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar, gas fireplace, big screen TV, barbecue and three bedrooms each with a separate full bathroom and comfortable queen-sized bed. If you need a space to work there is also high-speed internet and a portable office table and chair that can be moved to any room in the house.

Layout: The townhouse is 3 levels with the kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath on the top level (which offers the best view of the mountains). Each level has 15 stairs for a total of 30 stairs to the top level. The second level has 2 bedrooms and two full baths. For those that prefer avoiding stairs there is also a master bedroom on the ground floor that has 2 queen sized beds, its own bathroom, a TV, bistro table and a slider door leading to downtown. In addition, a Keurig, microwave and mini fridge are in the garage near the entrance to the bedroom.

Private Outdoor Space: Enjoy a nice breeze on your own private balcony off the master suite. There is an additional balcony connected to the living room on the top floor.

Laundry: Washer and dryer with complimentary fragrance-free laundry detergent.

Parking: There is a dedicated parking spot in the driveway. Should you need additional parking see the arrival guide.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire townhouse with the exception of two easily identified locked storage closets.
Other things to note
1. The railroad tracks near the townhome are dedicated to a tour train that passes through Rockaway Beach. The train blows a loud horn a couple times a day. Please Google "Oregon Coast Train Rides" if you are interested in taking the tour train or want to learn what times to expect to hear the horn blow. 2. Netflix is provided at no additional charge.

3. Fragrance and sulfate-free shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in all the showers.
