We stayed here for a month while our son recovered from surgery, and it was exactly what our family needed. The home is cozy, quiet, and located in a lovely neighborhood close to every amenity we needed. It gave us a peaceful place to be together during an important time.The owner was also incredibly responsive—anytime I had a question, I could text and usually had a reply within minutes. Our only regret was that we couldn’t bring our cat, but we completely understood and respected that request. Overall, we were very grateful for our stay and would definitely book again if a longer stay in Denver was ever needed.

Wonderful townhome in Baker

The location of this stay was phenomenal, great food options everywhere. Close to entertainment, hikes, and more. The house itself was so cute and comfortable. It had everything we needed.

Great location

Really close to Red Rocks and Buell Theater. The parking was easy and the neighborhood was quiet yet close the amenities. The hosts were great with responding.

Pack 'n Play

We left the pad we purchased for the Pack 'n Play for use by future guests. Location is very convenient to food and local parks, which we took advantage of.

Great experience great place

Excellent experience. The house is in a great location across from my favorite brunch place Lucille’s. The management company had great communication, quick and friendly replies. Within 10 min from all shopping. Very convenient.

We stayed at this "luxury townhome" for 5 weeks and were very disappointed. The day we checked in, it was 100 degrees. The code to the back door wouldn't work and when we walked in, it was hot in the unit. Called the host and he sent someone out and got the air conditioner fixed about 9:00. The next day the garbage disposal wouldn't work and the freezer wasn't freezing anything. Called again and these things were fixed. Beyond all of that, it was not clean. I don't think this townhome has had a deep clean in years. The rugs were so dirty and frankly just old. There was dust hanging from light fixtures, macrame planters, even the mantle on the fireplace was dusty. We could never use the fan in the living room because they had lost the remote and that would have been nice with the hot weather. There is absolutely no shade in the back so if you want to sit outside and it's hot you really can't. No umbrella is provided with the outdoor table and the chairs and outdoor pads were covered in bird poop when we arrived. My husband cleaned out the bathroom drain so it would drain properly. We were here 5 weeks and got to know the property pretty well and we felt like the photos didn't represent at all what we found when we arrived. To say we had renter's remorse would be an understatement.

We appreciate that you contacted us when the A/C, garbage disposal, and freezer issues arose, which allowed our team to respond and have those items addressed promptly. That said, we were especially disappointed to hear your concerns regarding the cleanliness and overall condition of the home. This is not the standard we expect for our properties. We took your feedback seriously and have since made improvements to several of the items you noted, including addressing areas of the home that needed additional cleaning and attention. We also reviewed your comments with our cleaning and maintenance teams to help ensure these concerns do not affect future guests. We appreciate the detailed feedback that comes from a five-week stay and are sorry the property ultimately fell short of your expectations. Your comments helped us identify areas where improvements were needed, and we have taken steps to address them.
