Such an Amazing Stay!!!

We had such an amazing stay at Cody's place. It was so comfortable and private, exactly what we were looking for. the pool and nearby beach were the highlights of our stay and we can't wait to stay again the next time we are in the area

October vacation

The place was just perfect! The hospitality from Kathy was unbeatable! The area is nice and quiet, close to the water and a restaurant. We could not have asked for a better host for our trip! Definitely recommend this place and this host!!

We had a wonderful stay in Winthrop! The studio apartment was spacious, spotless, quiet, and much more comfortable than a hotel. AC and access to a pool were a bonus. The hosts were welcoming, attentive, and gave great suggestions for things to see and do.The location was perfect—we easily visited Boston, Salem, Gloucester, and Rockport. This truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! Thank you for everything!

The most incredible hosts, always ensuring we were content and had everything we needed! The bathroom; with both a huge soaking tub and separate shower, was spectacular. Very, very clean and welcoming. I can’t say enough good things about the owners of Cody’s Place. They really looked out for their guests. The property was cocoon like, but also had a fabulous restaurant two doors down we enjoyed more than once. I would DEFINITELY stay there again. We felt like VIP’s!

Clean, cozy, relaxing

Stayed here for a quick work trip in Boston. Excellent location for an ocean walk in the morning and the place itself was incredibly clean and cozy. This is a basement so it has little/no daylight, but it didn’t even matter because the place was decorated so nicely and well kept. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely property and super hosts!

This is a comfortable, garden level apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood, within walking distance of markets, restaurants, and a breathtaking view of the bay. Frank and Kathy are delightful hosts, ensuring that our anniversary trip to Boston was memorable and fun. Highly recommended!!

Super Cute Place

We had a wonderful two nights stay. Location is perfect to go out and sight see. Very comfortable beds and very cute decorating. Cody’s place is super clean and has all you need. Super friendly and accommodating. Will be back.

Welcoming studio apartment

We enjoyed our stay at Cody’s Place in Winthrop. Though we spent most of our time in Boston, we liked being able to walk a block to the beach for a look at the ocean. Our host, Kathy gave us some good advice about traveling into Boston. Very comfortable beds. We would return!

HOSPITALITY AT ITS FINEST

Cody’s Place was the perfect getaway! There aren’t many people in this world with genuine hospitality, but Frank and Kathy have it down! They provided us with little ‘wows’ throughout our stay and very detailed information on activities in the area. Cody’s Place had everything we needed and more! Cannot beat the location and, most of all, the pool! 10/10 & Great Hosts!

Cosy Nest near the bay !

We were two old lady friends traveling up to Boston area to a memorial for a friend. I found this location to be very interesting as a respite from Boston. The pool looked inviting and the space looked very nice. It turned into the most wonderful place to have booked the hosts were wonderful and generous with their time and answering our questions The beds were luxurious ever would I go to Boston area again I would travel there and rent from them if at all possible it was five star experience for our needs!

Staying at Cody's Place

We enjoyed this location. The beds were comfy. Frank was very helpful in his suggestions of restraunts in Winthrop, MA. We enjoyed not having horns go off every other hour. The neighborhood was very quiet. The location was not very hard to get to. There are a lot of good restraunts close by we would recommend like the 'Antique Table'. We would stay here again when we come back to the Boston area.

Easy and Friendly Experience

Kathy could not have been more helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed to make the most out of our stay. She even sent us a traffic report so we knew what to expect heading into town. We’ll above and beyond expectation! We stayed due to lack of hotel availability, but will not hesitate to stay again. Everything was set up perfectly and the beds and bedding were very comfortable.

Fantastic Location!

I had a wonderful stay at Cody's Place. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the soaking tub after my long flight. The kitchenette is well equipped, and the wifi works great. Walk down to the beach and have dinner at Cafe Rossetti's... trust me, you won't be disappointed. Frank and Kathy were fabulous hosts, they really made me feel at home, available when I needed something and had great suggestions for local restaurants and things to do. Just a 12 minute drive from Logan airport, this a prefect place to stay whether you are traveling for work or planning a vacation!
