This beautiful home offers cozy cottage vibes and an amazing setting for family and friends, with a covered porch/deck area that is perfect for outdoor living! The home is named after one of the delicious fruit trees that grow in the front yard- Mandarina (tangerine) tree, orange tree, and lemon tree, when they are in season and fruitful, don't forget to pick some and enjoy :) Casa Mandarina is the ideal vacation for families or small groups of friends traveling together.

Casa Mandarina is nestled in a local neighborhood on the edge of town, it's only a 5 min. drive to downtown St. Augustine and close to all amenities - grocery shopping, gas, local attractions, etc. The Jacksonville Airport is 1 hour away and Orlando Airport is 2 hours away.

Lovely place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. House is well stocked even with kid plates/ cups and high chair. Location is great as it’s close to historic downtown and the beaches. Highly recommended

The house was exactly as expected and exactly what my crew of 7 women needed. It was very well kept, clean, and inviting. Everything was supplied to include towels, sheets, detergent, kitchenware. The only issue was that the dishwasher needed to be cleaned/serviced. Not a big issue for us as we hand washed our dishes. I would book here again.

Very clean and exactly as pictured! Everything we wanted to do in St.Augustine was less than 10 min away. All the light switches are labeled to tell you which one goes to what so you’re not fiddling with them to try and figure it out which I thought that was really neat! The kitchen was stocked with any appliance you need to cook with!

The property was clean and very well stocked! Grass was tall. We had no issues with safety but it wasn’t the nicest of neighborhoods. We made sure cars were locked and nothing was left inside the car. The problem was the communication with the Host or lack of communication.

We’re glad you found the home clean and well-stocked. That said, communication was not lacking on our part, we responded promptly to all messages. The challenge was the curt and unkind tone in your communication, which made it difficult to provide the level of service we strive for. It’s also important to note that, despite your attempted chargeback, we still honored your stay. The neighborhood is safe and residential, and we have never had safety concerns reported. We value constructive feedback but also want to ensure future guests receive an accurate picture.

Had a great time. The neighborhood isn’t anything fancy, but we didn’t have any problems and never felt unsafe. House was clean and well stocked. Didn’t have a lot of interaction with the owners, but when we did they were timely.
