Our home is conveniently located in South Bend just 4 minutes away from the downtown and 10 minutes away from University of Notre Dame.

*The person that made the reservation must be present at the property for the duration of reservation
*No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund.
*No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoke is allowed outside of the property. Please refer to guest manual for more details.
*We welcome hosting pets. However, we only allow dogs up to 2. We apologize in advance, no cats are allowed. There is additional $100 per pet fee to cover the additional cleaning cost. If you're planning to bring your furry friends, please do not hesitate to send us a message
*Guests of the property are solely responsible for any and all accidents that occur in the property during the duration of the stay
*If you do not adhere to check out rules, you agree to be subject to eviction proceedings that the property owners may commence
*You agree that you are responsible for any and all damages to the premises that happen during the duration of your stay, which includes, but is not limited to, damages to the property and the furnitures therein
