The main level has 3 bedrooms and two renovated full bathrooms. A large primary bedroom boasts new king bed and ensuite bathroom. The roomy second bedroom features a new king bed. New trundle twin beds and an office desk in third bedroom.

The lower level includes a spacious family room with a bright and cheerful seating area and game table that expands to fit your group. A full bath and private fourth bedroom with new queen bed and built-in desk are on this level. Washer and dryer available on the lower level.

Right out the back door, you'll enjoy a relaxing screened-in porch with ample space to enjoy the fresh air and wooded scenery without being exposed to the elements. GUEST ACCESS
Guests will initially enter the home with keyless entry through the screened porch. Code will be provided upon check-in. All parts of the house are available except for a private owner’s closet. Guests can access TV streaming services through two Google TV’s. These smart TV’s are also equipped with local and cable channels through You Tube TV.

We welcome football fans and tailgaters as well as families and friends coming together for special occasions. We require that guest be at least 25 years old to book.

NO LARGE PARTIES. NO EVENTS. This home is within a residential neighborhood. To be courteous to our neighbors we ask that you respect quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.
