This newly refurbished gem, seamlessly blends living, dining and kitchen creating a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Blending coastal chic into an urban downtown environment creates a unique fusion that brings the tranquility of beachside living to the vibrant town of Rosemary. The indoor-outdoor flow featuring floor to ceiling French doors and a private balcony help connect the indoor space with the outdoors, inviting in natural light and views.
A plush sofa with light-colored, high-quality upholstery, complemented by comfortable arm chairs in soft linen are perfect to relax and enjoy conversation and laughter. The Serena and Lilly style dining area with an organic style farm table compliment the style and flow of the space.
The newly renovated kitchen with contemporary style glass backsplash, stone countertops and gas stove, is equipped with all the necessary items to entertain and enjoy preparing your favorite meal.
The king bedded master ensuite with vibrant tones of blue and white feature an outdoor balcony to relax and enjoy the beautiful views. The second bedroom offers two bunk style queen beds, individual reading lamps and TV. There is an additional bathroom with a tub/shower combination located across from this bedroom.
A designated parking space in the garage is also offered.

I cannot say enough good stuff about this property! It was extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for an amazing family vacation. It is steps from the shops and a very short walk to the beach. If we had not brought a car we would have been just fine!

This Rosemary Beach spot was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, spacious, and honestly even more gorgeous in person. The place is beautifully furnished, the beds and pillows were comfy, bunk bed was a massive hit with our daughter, kitchen was complete for what we needed, there was a clean ironing board and usable flat iron and steam iron (although we didn’t get to use the steam), and we loved the view from the balcony, even though it wasn't a direct beach view.The location is amazing—felt very safe, tucked away in a quiet spot but within easy walking distance to the beach and multiple awesome pools. Plus, Kilwin’s is just across the street and we were close to everywhere we wanted to go along 30A. Our 12-yr old enjoyed our stay here very much. Huge bonus points for the underground parking that fit our mid-size SUV!Our host was super responsive, helpful, and honest. Highly, highly recommend if you want that upscale, relaxing coastal vibe!Thank you Ms. Cheryl!

Wonderful stay

Location was just perfect, walk to all the restaurants and shops Rosemary has to offer. This 4th floor unit was quiet and comfortable. The unit was well appointed and equipped. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Overall it was great, very clean and convenient location. However the dryer didn't really work and it was pretty rainy so we were stuck using wet towels most of the trip. We requested service for the dryer and no one ever came. Also, the top bunk of the bunkbed is unsafe for children in our opinion so don’t count on putting kids up there to sleep. Overall, 4/5

Perfect Stay in a Stunning Location!

My stay at Bella Dieci was nothing short of incredible! The location is perfect—right in the middle of all the action yet amazingly peaceful and quiet. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the beach, and coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping are outside our front door. It's a great location to explore everything Rosemary Beach has to offer. What truly sets Bella Dieci apart is that it looks exactly like the pictures—such a rarity! The design and attention to detail are stunning. The flat is immaculately clean, and having a designated parking space was such a bonus. This place was not just a stay but an experience. Fun, stylish, and perfectly situated—I can’t wait to return.
