The space
This stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite is perfect for tourists and business travellers. The design is newly updated, featuring a full kitchen, wifi, TV, and a very comfortable bed!

Every unit is sanitized and professionally deep cleaned after each stay to ensure the health and safety of all of our guests.
Guest access

You have access to the entire basement suite as well as the laundry room in the basement!

Other things to note
Your comfort and guest experience is our priority. We’ve made significant efforts to reduce noise and sound transfer between units. As this is a two-unit building, some sound transfer may still be noticed.

The suite is set up to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 guests.

This is a NON-smoking building.

This is a legal secondary suite registered as Short Term Rental with the City of Saskatoon.

There is a secondary suite above the unit with other short-term guests. The home has recently been upgraded with soundproofing between the suites. The laundry machine downstairs is shared between the upstairs and downstairs units.

The suite stays naturally cool, especially during the summer. For your comfort, each bedroom has a fan and a low-voltage ceramic heater located in the closet. The living room fireplace also has a heat setting, and the overhead vents can be opened or closed to help regulate the temperature. Please let us know if the temperature is not comfortable for you, and we’ll be happy to help.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
**Quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am. If we receive a noise complaint outside of these hours, it will result in a $250 fine.
**No parties or events. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine.
**Lost key/fob: $250
**Late check-out past 10 am without our consent: $100 per hour
**Excessive guests than reservation: $50 per guest
**Excessive cleaning above average: $50/assessed per situation.
**Any signs of smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises: $250/assessed per situation.
