This unit is just 3 min walk to UC, a few minutes' drive from Findlay Market, downtown OTR, major hospitals, Paul Brown Stadium and FC Cincinnati West End Stadium. Free off-street parking on premises. Premium location with a great variety of restaurants just steps away. My place is good for couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

This recently renovated unit will provide you with what you need and more for a comfortable trip to Cincinnati.

★Grohe thermostatic shower valve ensures maximum showering safety and comfort. One-piece minimalism toilet with TOTO washlet electronic bidet toilet seat.
★Herman Miller Mirra 2.0 ergonomic chair and electrical height adjustable desk provide a productive working space.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the 1890 built house. The unit is exclusively yours with a private bath and kitchen, without interruption for the duration of your stay.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

We kindly as that you treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
