Surfs Up! Entendre de notre 1er Ă©tage condo

Profitez de la nature et entendre les vagues dans notre condo récemment rénové, à seulement deux pùtés de maisons le long d'un chemin de bois à la belle plage. Amelia Landings Resort est situé dans 9 acres de boisés raisonnables »aux allures de parc", à une courte distance à tous cette belle ßle a à offrir.

Notre condo au premier étage est trÚs agréable, propre et confortable. Il a été entiÚrement rénové en 2012 avec un nouveau plancher, inoxydable appareils de cuisine en acier et de nouvelles armoires. Nous offrons un décor agréable, grande véranda, un lit queen dans le maßtre et deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis. Chaque chambre possÚde sa propre salle de bain complÚte. Cuisine qui comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse entiÚrement équipée.

Profitez d'un repas tranquille sur le porche arriĂšre-blindĂ©. Ou surfer sur le Web avec notre service Ă  large bande sans fil. Il ya beaucoup de place pour divertir les amis et la famille. Écouter les oiseaux et se dĂ©tendre - ce qui est de vos vacances!

La piscine de taille olympique est Ă  quelques pas avec beaucoup de chaises longues. Serviettes de plage fournies.

We stayed at another place in same buildings and the location is great. It was clean and ready on time. There were only a few steps to the door and plenty of parking.

The condo was clean and had all of the amenities that were listed. The pool was just steps outside the door and well kept. The screened in lanai was a nice place to sit and listen to nature and read or relax. We found that the beach was not a walkable distance for us (about .3 miles) with our beach supplies, and the path was too overgrown to use our beach cart. We drove to the beach and were able to get a parking spot because we got there early. But, if you have 4 wheel or all wheel drive you can park right on the beach until parking fills up. There is a nice restaurant right on the beach.

Beautiful Property

Great size, nicely decorated, really perfect! Only problem for me personally were the steps into the condo. I wish they had been mentioned in the description. If a few steps are not a problem for you, this place is perfect.

Second time there

We live in South Carolina and meet family from South Florida at Amelia island. This is the second time we have rented this place and we continue to enjoy it. Has all the amenities needed, is a great central location for the island, and a short walk to the beach.

This place was just perfect - 3 of us on a getaway. Beach walking distance, pool at complex, and screened in porch overlooking woods that was so beautiful, especially in the mornings for quiet times. Just Perfection!

Location, location, location!

Did I mention the location is perfect! This is a cozy home that sits in a quiet area tucked back off a bustling beachside road. Close to putt putt, parks, beach, groceries, restaurants and Starbucks lol. Home has everything you need. (Even my belt that I left accidentally) I did have some trouble with changing lock to personal code but that was probably my own issues. I did not use the pool since it rained quite a bit but the home is so sound proof that without seeing the lightning I would not have known it was storming. I would def come back and recommend it to friends and family.

Gal Pal Weekend

The porch was to die for! We sat out there at the end of the day and just chitted and chatted! It was close to the beach, shopping and downtown. Couldn't get the Derby on the TV, but that was ok. We were able to watch it at the Surf restaurant while we ate supper and had a few drinks.

Property was exactly as advertised. The first night, the lock on the sliding door to the porch locked itself, and we had to call the police to help us get back in. Aside from that, it was exactly what it was advertised as.
