This property was exactly as it was described, very clean and spacious for our family of 10. The host was very helpful when a couple of items needed fixing. The resort amenities were great, lots to do for the family.

The host went above and beyond to accommodate us. We did have an AC unit that froze up on the property but they did send someone out on the first day to take care of it. We would rent this home again. Very comfortable for our size group. If you don’t mind the distance from the beach, the cost savings is worth it. Thank you for sharing your home!

So many great things to say about our stay. I’ll give the 5 best to match the 5 stars…..1. Amazing communication with the property owner/mgr2. Incredible outdoor space - the BEST - lots of room - great pool - too hot to use the spa but it was lovely3. Close proximity to grocery store4. Really nice golf cart! 5. Close to the Frog Pool which we utilized daily

Wonderful week in Watercolor

Our family of 13 enjoyed the layout of the house and the large bedrooms. We absolutely loved the location on a quiet cul de sac lined with trees. We enjoyed the porch, the golf cart and trolley system.We had a blast and are looking forward to returning next year!

Amazing house

We had an amazing trip to 43 sandy creek. The house was perfect. Super nice and plenty of room for our whole family, a golf cart to take to the beach and a pool when we wanted to stay home. The host was super helpful and gave great instructions to use the in house stereo system. Would highly recommend and we plan on coming back.

Just what we needed!

Our group of 9 women stayed at the property for 3 nights. We loved the layout and the space. Lots of room to spread out. The pool and hot tub were an amazing bonus. The owner was very easy to deal with and was prompt to reply when I had any questions.

Just Book It!

Our stay was fantastic! Nathan was super responsive, answering all our questions quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the house was incredibly spacious—our family of five didn’t even use one bedroom or the adorable carriage house with bunk beds. The private pool was a huge hit, and the location was perfect, just a quick golf cart ride to Camp WaterColor, restaurants, and the WaterColor pool. Highly recommend!

A Great Vacation!

We had an amazing time staying! The house was super spacious and comfortable, with a great mix of style and convenience. The private pool was definitely the highlight—it kept the kids entertained for hours while we relaxed nearby. The open living area and well-equipped kitchen made it easy for us to hang out and enjoy meals together.The location was perfect, too. We were just a short walk or bike ride from the beach and close to all the cool shops and restaurants along 30A. The neighborhood felt laid-back and family-friendly, with lots of outdoor activities to enjoy. Honestly, it was the perfect spot for a relaxing family getaway, and we’re already planning our next visit!

Spacious and Clean!

This vacation home on 30A is a total gem! Super clean, stylish, and comfy, it’s got everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The private pool is the perfect spot to chill after a day at the beach, which is just a short walk away. Inside, the open living space is bright and airy, with tons of natural light and plenty of room to spread out. The family that owns his house was super-easy to communicate with! Whether you’re lounging by the pool or checking out the nearby shops and restaurants, this place is an incredible spot for a laid-back beach retreat.

The house itself was amazing - comfy beds, great living spaces, awesome kitchen, etc. The things that were less than optimal were the house did not have many of the little things you need that I find at most short term rentals. For example, no paper towels, trash bags, laundry/dish detergent, tin foil, zip lock bags, basic spices, body wash, shampoo, etc. Furthermore, we couldn't find the remotes for some of the TV's which was very frustrating. The owner was nice, but he was hard to get a hold of. Lastly, the way the driveway is laid out isn't optimal as you have to get the golf cart all the way up the driveway to charge it, and the driveway is narrow so we were constantly moving cars. It would be much better if there was somewhere to charge the golf cart at the end of the driveway. Watercolor community itself was really nice, but I was surprised that we still had to pay to park the golf cart in many places. Despite all the things that were not optimal, I do want to reiterate that the house itself was beautiful. The design was incredible, it was clean, spacious for our big family, and overall worked well.

First of all- the listing says newly renovated-it is not. Also advertises 5 king beds- there were only 2. Everything in that house is worn out from the stairs, floors, bath fixtures, rugs, pans-everything needs maintenance! Pee stains on the upstairs pull out trundle. The grill was unusable, rusted and dirty. The pool was nice but there was no loungers to sit in just some rusty dining chairs. This was the worst house we have stayed at in 16 years. Not worth the money. Very disappointed. Never heard back from host after beetle bugs were found on the furniture and in bathroom.

House was in a good spot, we spotted a black bear on the front porch which was cool for the kids. Watercolor is NOT a teenage friendly neighborhood and being in this home proved this, the neighbor is very against groups of 14 year old girls being loud, being outside, or swimming. We had security called on us 3 times in a span of 1 hour for kids just having fun in the home and by the pool. Very touchy neighbor which made the stay VERY unpleasant, she greeted us by asking if we were renting, and gave us the run down of no parking in the street, keep the trashcans where they were and make sure they are secured shut. WE had a good time at the home, the home was very nice.
